My positive experience began with my initial call to ask if the replacement of the door seal originally installed in 2021 was covered under warranty. The customer service representative offered to have a tech take a look at it. She waived the service call. The service tech was very personable. He called to see if I wanted him to arrive earlier than the appointment time. We agreed on a favorable time. Tyler arrived on time. He was thorough and professional. He made the agreed upon servicing and repairs very efficiently. He deserved the 5 star review.

I called you about 2 years ago when my garage door wouldn’t work. The repairman who came to my aide was very knowledgeable and provided multiple options for me to choose from. My second call was because I forgot the code that I had setup so I scheduled a time later in the day but the repairman contacted me and we were able to move the appointment time up. Anyway he was every bit as amazing as my first experience. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone that needs help with their garage door.

Found my garage door inoperative this morning and the spring was broken at the top. I called Precision and spoke to helpful people who were able to get me a repairman out within a couple hours. Friendly rep came out and had the door fixed quickly, faster than I imagined. Efficient. Now everything is back to perfect. I would call Precision again if I ever have issues with my garage door system.

Our garage door hasn't worked properly since our house was built nearly 2 years ago. The door made so much noise opening and closing that our neighbors always knew our comings and goings. Tyler quickly showed us what was wrong with the original installation and what needed to be repaired. Today, we had Brent Stringfellow come to our home. He was reviewing a repeat issue where our cable appeared to have broken. Brent explained it appeared to have the wrong parts used on the previous repair. After he completed the repair, he stated it was no charge. He was prompt, polite and gave great insight. We had a garage door issue and our garage was not opening at our house we just closed on. It was a surprise issue we were not expecting as we prepare to move-in. We made a same day appointment and Precision called me within minutes of making the appointment online and was at our home within literally minutes of calling us.
