A broken spring resulted in a broken garage door after 5 pm on 24 May. I tried one repair company and they were closed until after the Memorial Day weekend. That meant I was stuck at home until sometime Tuesday. On Saturday morning, I tried Precision Door Service and was able to schedule a repair for later that day. The technician phoned ahead when he was on his way. He arrived and went to work immediately to fix the problem. He was friendly, polite and explained everything he was doing. Garage door was repaired and working again - hooray!

Crazy expensive 2 spring replacement $750 My 60+ year old wooden grauge door had broken its spring, Kevin O'Hara was my tech that came and repaired it very quickly and cleaned up so well the only way I knew he was there was by my new springs. Response time was amazing too! Hr was there with in a very short time of me even calling

My technician gave me options, but did use a lot oil and my floor is covered in it. There are dirty finger printson my door, so he didn't clean up afterwards. But the new spring works great

Gary & Logan did a great job with our door replacement. Trusted their recommendations, and the work was done well. Would be 5 stars, but back office stuff needs cleaned up. First, they couldn't make the original install date due to another job taking longer than expected. Then, they came with the wrong door. Finally, no receipt was sent as promised, and when I called and requested one, it was a blank invoice. Again, great workmanship & product, poor operational support.
