Very friendly and helpful all around! Called in the morning and had a whole new garage door, spring, and opener installed by 2pm. Josh explained everything about my garage door situation prior to showing me quotes. Garrett, Clayton, Chris, & Cody were very quick to dismantle the old door/opener/track/spring and install the new one. They took the time to make sure I knew how to care for my new door. I knew from the tv ads that this was the right company to try and they did not disappoint!

My spring had busted at 7am and by Noon the tech Isaiah had arrived and began assessing the situation. Within 15 minutes he had multiple plans drawn up depending on budget and how I wanted to proceed. We end up get everything but the door replaced with Premium materials and a new Garage door Opener. All of this was explained in great detail with knowledge of how fortunate I was that my entire system did not fail until this morning. (Over 20 years.) Isaiah was not pushy or attempting to sell me more than I would need and made me feel very comfortable with the upgrades and purchase I made. I highly recommend the company and particularly Isaiah for not only doing this job professionaly and within a good time frame, but not trying to rush anything with a snow storm happening currently.

They have done work for us before, however, I’ll be honest I didn’t remember who we had out. This time we had a different service provided. They put a new spring on the first time and this time they put new cables in and re-rewind the spring. I picked this company because I have a Liftmaster door opener. The repairman was friendly and answered all the questions I had. The work was done quickly with no problems. He did the work with no pressure to do more than I could afford that fixed the problem. I can finish other work later without sacrificing quality. I would recommend others to use this business.

Today, we had Brent Stringfellow come to our home. He was reviewing a repeat issue where our cable appeared to have broken. Brent explained it appeared to have the wrong parts used on the previous repair. After he completed the repair, he stated it was no charge. He was prompt, polite and gave great insight. Pat 12/26/23 Torsion springs replacement (left & right) The tech was very nice, professional & on time & was finished in about 30 mins. My problem was the price $345 per spring, plus bearings & service charge fee = sticker shock!!! And that was with a military discount of 5%

I was very impressed with the service we received from Precision Overhead garage Door Service. On the morning of my scheduled appointment time, I both received a text message as well as a call from the service technician, Brian Payne. I thought texting me a picture of him along with some of his background information was very nice touch. Upon his arrival he was very professional, courteous, informative, friendly, and very engaging. I completed a review on Saturday before I reviewed my invoice which provided a breakdown of what the technician stated he did. The technician stated he cheched all remotes tto make sure they were all in good working conditiion which he did not, because they were in our vehicles. He also stated he checked the keypad which he did not because he did not have the code to verify if it worked or not and he also did not check the sensors that he stated he did. I am very disappointed in this company.
