It was easy to make an appointment for an estimate using the online system. Service was able to be scheduled within 1 day of my inquiry after my work hours. Joey Albers was able to give me an estimate and install a safer spring system to my garage door in under 2 hours. Hearing my garage door go up and down again is music to my ears!

Precision door service gave me next day service. Brian Payne was my technician, he was easy to talk to, respectful, super knowledgeable and gave me 3 different price quotes. For what seemed like a big job he was fast and completed it in less then two hours. He even helped me with my key pad which hasn't worked in 3 years and hooked me up with an opener.

I called Precision based on online advertising, good reviews and ratings. I was very impressed with the prompt response, from the first call until the tech returned the call and was on his way. The tech was very friendly, professional and explained what was needed to repair the garage door. I was very pleased with the work that was done and the time it took to complete. So far so good. Adam was very nice to our husky. He noticed right away what was wrong. Couple who flipped our house used tape to hold up the frame until it finally crapped out. Price is fair and the military discount is a great help. Thank you for the professional service and quick turn-around, Adam. We look forward to our new garage door next Wednesday!

Precision provided *great* customer service. With same-day service, I received an email and a text message stating the details - which made me feel good about it. The technician that came was experienced, nice, and treated me with respect. He provided great service. He even texted me directly indicating when he would be here. Yet, everything was overpriced. All I needed was a replacement spring with possible additional preventive maintenance (which is good). Yet, I did not ask for him to replace the rollers (they did not need to be) and yet he replaced x10 rollers and charged me $150. Yes, these new rollers are better (nylon not aluminum), and yes, Precision Door does provide same-day service (which service should be more than average), but what they charged me was overpriced. Again, I did not ask him to replace the rollers, and he did not indicated that he was going to do this (and charge me), which I felt was a bit shady. Other than that, I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.

The technician, Adam, was extremely thorough in describing both what was wrong with our builder-installed garage door mechanism and what was needed to fix it. He worked quickly and efficiently, and even checked and serviced the rest of the door to ensure there were no other problems lurking. The price was comparable to others I researched, but the lifetime warranty was what secured my business. An A#1 company that sets the standard for competitors.

Tyler & William (?) did an excellent job. They addressed all my concerns effectively, and the repairs were excellent, both in fix and as an upgrade. I was not in an emergency situation, but they were still very timely. Repairs were much quicker than I had expected.
