Precision Door Service came in September to fix our garage door. The technician who came, Joey, was prompt, professional, and was able to fix our door very quickly. We had them out yesterday to fix another issue. Javen was able to arrive earlier than the projected window and also fixed the door promptly. I can't give them a higher recommendation. They will continue to be our go-to company for any future issues. And if their leadership sees this review, both Joey and Javen deserve tips for excellent service.

I called on a Saturday and was able to get a tech to do a diagnostic of the issues we had within hours. Javen was amazing and informative. He did a full inspection and was able to provide a range of solutions, as well as services the company provides. We greatly appreciate Javen and Precision.

I called Precision because my garage door would not open. A technician was at my house within hours. Cody was extremely helpful and informative. I ended up needing a new door, which was no surprise to me. Within 24 hours, I had a new door installed. I am completely and fully satisfied with the whole process. I called today and told the lady I would like a keypad installed for my guardian garage door. She said she could send someone out today which was nice. It was supposed to be a surprise for my spouse. Will showed up and was very friendly unfortunately he had to call someone to find out they don’t have remotes for guardian and that the universal remote they have doesn’t work for it. I don’t blame Will he drove all the way out here. But I wasn’t thrilled I still had to pay 95.00 for a service fee. When I did tell the lady we had guardian. I would never known that since it was replaced by a company 3-4 years ago that a key pad couldn’t be installed from a company I chose based off reviews. I also wouldn’t have known you couldn’t have gotten a key pad. It was something my husband could do but I wanted to do it for a surprise and hope to have 30 day warranty. I did express my concern to Will and ask him to let his manager know. One it wasted his time and it wasted mine. Again Will was nice but I don’t feel like I should have been charged at least not the whole amount. If Guardian is so rare the call center needs to screen better.

Very quick service. Got an appointment the day after the garage door springs broke. I loved that they sent me a picture of the technician so that I knew who to expect at my door. Josh arrived right on time and had all the equipment needed to get it fixed in less than 90 minutes.

Precision door service gave me next day service. Brian Payne was my technician, he was easy to talk to, respectful, super knowledgeable and gave me 3 different price quotes. For what seemed like a big job he was fast and completed it in less then two hours. He even helped me with my key pad which hasn't worked in 3 years and hooked me up with an opener.
