The spring on our 22 year old garage door broke when we returned home last evening. I called Precision right away and was able to get a service call scheduled for this morning. Technician Joey did a complete assessment of the door and found that some additional major problems needed to be addressed. He was very knowledgeable and we agreed to the recommendations he made. He was very efficient and worked quickly and thoroughly and in a little over an hour the door was fixed. Joey is friendly, trustworthy and courteous and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Precision Door.
