We had used Precision a number of years ago for repair. The price quoted over telephone was $799.00. Technician charged $886.00 and stated that the call center people didn’t know the prices. Very disappointed in the deception. . We are retired and on a fixed income and the amount she quoted was what I transferred into checking.

I am a repeat customer of this business. Today, they came to re-program my door opener keypad and synch it with the motors. While they were at my home, I asked them to do general maintenance (lube, adjustments, etc.). I am pleased with their work! I called for an appointment on Sunday. They were at my house Monday, a little early relative to the 4-hour window I was given. No waiting! They were VERY efficient and professional with the task of the keypad reconnection. Tuned the doors up nicely too. The technicians were very courteous and professional. I'll use this business again should the need arise!

The spring on our 22 year old garage door broke when we returned home last evening. I called Precision right away and was able to get a service call scheduled for this morning. Technician Joey did a complete assessment of the door and found that some additional major problems needed to be addressed. He was very knowledgeable and we agreed to the recommendations he made. He was very efficient and worked quickly and thoroughly and in a little over an hour the door was fixed. Joey is friendly, trustworthy and courteous and a pleasure to work with.
