I am so pleased with the service I got from Precision. Called one afternoon and they were here at noon the next day. The service person explained what was wrong and what he could do to fix it. Gave me three different options and what each entailed and cost. He went over and above board to fix the garage door and change lights as I am older and not able to do that. I called today January 31st and received a call within 15 minutes of my inquiry. My appointment was scheduled same day with a two hour window. I received a call even earlier than expected time which was great. Tyler came out, examined the door thoroughly, called me out, explained the issues and his recommendations at this time. He also explained what he would recommend for the future and all options with detailed breakdowns. I would recommend Precision to anyone. The service was excellent, Tyler was very friendly and answered all questions!

I believe Precision takes advantage of their customers by not disclosing all their charges up front. That what happen to me, they told me they charge $250 and up for spring and service charge of 75.00 but added charges for lubrication 130.00 and spring reset for 145.00. One spring for $ 385.00. I would use another contractor instead.

Saw your commercial! Your technician came out and did what we needed. Put a new opener on one door and fixed the safety device on the other. Tyler Lung is our tech to deal with garage doors in the future for sure. Very knowledgeable with a great attitude, a pleasant man with everything in his truck to do what we needed done. We had a large spring break on our double garage door, and Precision Door was out to repair the spring the next day. It was so nice to work with a company that arrived as promised and just did exceptional work. The technician we worked with was Ty, and he was courteous and did a great job of explaining the repairs that we needed. Within about an hour, our garage door was working again, and I must admit, it worked SIGNIFICANTLY better than it did before... it is now smoother and quieter, and the repair came with a 10 year warranty. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision Door again and again.

The service that Tyler provided was good - he arrived on time, had everything he needed to perform the repair, and from what I can tell was done well in an efficient manner. Tyler was courteous and professional and he gets 5 stars. However, overall I need to reduce the rating because pricing. I called Precision of Cincinnati to book and was told on the phone that it was a $75 service call fee in addition to the repair and that springs are $250. I mentioned a coupon on the website for a free service call with the repair and was told that was fine and to just tell the technician when he arrived. All settled, appointment booked. Apparently, the appointment was actually booked with Precision of Dayton and when the technician arrived he said that their service call fee is $130 and that they won't accept the coupon nor match the price of the Cincinnati office whom I called to book the appointment. Additionally, their cost for the springs was $384. So at the time of booking I was thinking I was in for about $500 and ended up at the time of service at over $900 for the service call plus 2 springs. Precision needs to have much more transparency into their pricing and booking practices to avoid these sorts of issues. I also don't understand how the Dayton office can be so much more expensive. For these reasons, my overall experience is 3 stars.

Our garage door hasn't worked properly since our house was built nearly 2 years ago. The door made so much noise opening and closing that our neighbors always knew our comings and goings. Tyler quickly showed us what was wrong with the original installation and what needed to be repaired.
