The spring on our garage door broke, and after having Cody and Q look at all the other hardware, it was apparent that it was time to replace some parts. We decided to do a complete overhaul and get rid of what might’ve been some of the original hardware on the door, and Cody and Q did a great job explaining and showing us everything.

Precision Door Service came in September to fix our garage door. The technician who came, Joey, was prompt, professional, and was able to fix our door very quickly. We had them out yesterday to fix another issue. Javen was able to arrive earlier than the projected window and also fixed the door promptly. I can't give them a higher recommendation. They will continue to be our go-to company for any future issues. And if their leadership sees this review, both Joey and Javen deserve tips for excellent service.

Not a great Monday morning when ya wake up to a broken garage door. Car trapped inside. However, scheduling Precision to come out and fix it was a great decision. No regrets. Isaiah was great and after about an hour and a half the garage was like new. New spring, some other parts and pieces, routine maintenance etc. Would recommend.

The spring to our garage door broke. I called Precision Door after doing research on the internet. I was able to book an appointmnet the next day. The tech, Alex, showed up on time. he was very polite and knew what he was doing. He gave us a quote with diiferent options and explained each one. He was here maybe 40 minutes and the garage operates like a new one now. I would definitely recommend Precision Door. (and Alex)

Thank you very much for providing the great service from Esaiah of Precision garage door service. Unexpectedly today our garage door’s spring was broken and the sling was cut off. We tried to find garage door service company which opens over the weekend and found Precision Garage door service online. It was very easy to schedule for time slots opening for today ( Saturday) while most companies might be closed over the weekend. The company sent text messages and photo to introduce the technician ahead of the arrival. Mr.Gibbs was very impressive and explained the parts that needed to be replaced, provided estimate, got everything fixed up within a short time and we have got the working garage doors less than an hour. Thank you very Precision Garage door services, keep up a great works and affordable price.

My experience with Will was really good, and he was very professional. He took the time to explain everything and what was wrong with my door. The roller had detached from the door, and he put it back on track for me. Explained I need a new garage door which I will get in the future, too expensive for me right now.

I called Precision because my garage door would not open. A technician was at my house within hours. Cody was extremely helpful and informative. I ended up needing a new door, which was no surprise to me. Within 24 hours, I had a new door installed. I am completely and fully satisfied with the whole process. Isaiah, from Precision Garage Door is a real pro! I called when our door broke and Isaiah was here within the hour. He spotted the problem the minute he saw the door! He still make a complete assessment of the issue and offered 3 fixes. He could fix it , but we might have problems later since the system was 7 years old. He also, gave an estimate to fix all the potential problems the door could pose in the next year or two. I chose to take the better fix. WOW am I glad we did. The door operate better and is quieter than it has even been since new. It even looks better! Isaiah gets five gold stars for his professionalism and demeanor! He is really good and likable!
