Precision has the best service of any company in the area. They fit me in with same day service. They communicate where they are and when the tech is arriving. The techs are always very capable and don’t oversell. Service is quick, and the techs staff are all extremely polite!

The spring on our garage door broke, and after having Cody and Q look at all the other hardware, it was apparent that it was time to replace some parts. We decided to do a complete overhaul and get rid of what might’ve been some of the original hardware on the door, and Cody and Q did a great job explaining and showing us everything.

Precision Door Service came in September to fix our garage door. The technician who came, Joey, was prompt, professional, and was able to fix our door very quickly. We had them out yesterday to fix another issue. Javen was able to arrive earlier than the projected window and also fixed the door promptly. I can't give them a higher recommendation. They will continue to be our go-to company for any future issues. And if their leadership sees this review, both Joey and Javen deserve tips for excellent service.

Not a great Monday morning when ya wake up to a broken garage door. Car trapped inside. However, scheduling Precision to come out and fix it was a great decision. No regrets. Isaiah was great and after about an hour and a half the garage was like new. New spring, some other parts and pieces, routine maintenance etc. Would recommend.

The spring to our garage door broke. I called Precision Door after doing research on the internet. I was able to book an appointmnet the next day. The tech, Alex, showed up on time. he was very polite and knew what he was doing. He gave us a quote with diiferent options and explained each one. He was here maybe 40 minutes and the garage operates like a new one now. I would definitely recommend Precision Door. (and Alex)

Thank you very much for providing the great service from Esaiah of Precision garage door service. Unexpectedly today our garage door’s spring was broken and the sling was cut off. We tried to find garage door service company which opens over the weekend and found Precision Garage door service online. It was very easy to schedule for time slots opening for today ( Saturday) while most companies might be closed over the weekend. The company sent text messages and photo to introduce the technician ahead of the arrival. Mr.Gibbs was very impressive and explained the parts that needed to be replaced, provided estimate, got everything fixed up within a short time and we have got the working garage doors less than an hour. Thank you very Precision Garage door services, keep up a great works and affordable price.

My experience with Will was really good, and he was very professional. He took the time to explain everything and what was wrong with my door. The roller had detached from the door, and he put it back on track for me. Explained I need a new garage door which I will get in the future, too expensive for me right now.

Precision Door installed my new garage door in March 2025. I've been very happy with it & the service they provided. All very professional. A few weeks ago, I noticed the exterior touch pad that operates the garage door stopped working. I started using the touch pad inside the garage, although it was less convenient. A couple of days ago, I tried to fix the pad. Upon examination, I couldn't if tell it was a wired or wireless system. I noticed a slot in the touch pad that seemed to be an access point. However, when I used a screwdriver to pry it open, nothing happened. I was afraid to force it for fear I'd wreck the pad & perhaps any electronics inside. I called Precision Door & explained the problem. When I asked a specific question about the pad, the woman on the phone said Precision does not provide any consultation over the phone. I would have to book a service call. The cost: $95.00. I complied. Bottom line: The tech, who, BTW, was very polite, said he needed to open the pad. I provided a screwdriver. He also had a hard time trying open the pad but succeeded. Inside was a hollow area that housed a 9-volt battery. I replaced the battery with a new one & -voila! - the pad came to life & the garage door worked fine. It took the tech all of five minutes to correct the problem. I wrote a check for $95.00. End of story. Here's my gripe, aside from feeling stupid & embarrassed. When the garage door was installed, the Precision Door installer did not explain the workings of the touch pad or the need to replace a 9-volt battery after a year or so. I understand Precision Door's policy not to provide a free maintenance or repair analysis over the phone. But I think it's reasonable for someone there to have told me my problem may simply be a battery issue if I had the chance to explain. I'm upset with myself for not forcing open the touch pad & finding a replaceable battery inside, but I didn't know what I was dealing with. No one at Precision Door informed me at the time of installation or when I called. I think $95.00 is too steep a price to pay under the circumstances.
