Joey was amazing! He showed up within the expected arrival window. He explained everything he saw wrong with our springs in the garage while walking us through our options. Pricing was explained up front. Now our garage is moving up and down as smooth as butter. He was also understanding that our 18-month-old was curious about the people in the garage. I've used Precision Door Service on multiple occasions, always with excellent results. Today Joey A. installed two door openers for me. He did a great job, ensuring they both worked properly, including integration with MyQ home automation. He worked non-stop, though lunchtime, to complete the installation as quickly as possible. Afterwards, he made sure he left the place spotless, checking for screws and other debris that might have fallen on the floor. He also outlined the warranties and how to register the products. I was extremely pleased with his service.

Our 30 year old garage door broke apart and two of the panels dropped onto our two cars. I called Precision Garage Door Service. Joey came out and took a look. He and his team did a great job removing the old door without causing any damage to the cars. Received a quote and ordered the new door which arrived the next morning. Joey also installed the new door. He did a wonderful job and we are very pleased with the result. Highly recommend Precision!
