Called Precision to perform periodic lube on garage door and components. The technician, Alex, arrived on time and was professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all questions I had and provided quotes for the various garage door issues I wanted fixed/replaced. All the issues I wanted done today, he did. I'm saving a few for later. All my expectations for this service call were met and exceeded. Thanks for the excellent work and the manner in which it was completed !

They have done work for us before, however, I’ll be honest I didn’t remember who we had out. This time we had a different service provided. They put a new spring on the first time and this time they put new cables in and re-rewind the spring. Excellent service! Called after 9PM when one of my garage door springs failed - an actual person (!) promptly answered the phone and had me scheduled for a service call within minutes. The technician (Cody S.) arrived promptly the following morning and got right to work. Cody inspected everything, gave solid repair recommendations, and offered multiple options at different price points with no pressure. After giving Cody the go-ahead, he dug in and finished everything in a little over an hour since he already had everything he needed on the truck. The door works better than before and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the parts and service!

I was able to set a Monday morning appointment on Sunday night. Received a call on Monday AM at 7:30 telling me the tech would be at my home in 30 minutes. That is great service. My tech, Isaiah arrived on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and explained the problem and made the fix. He made sure I understood the proper operation and made routine maintenance suggestions. He was a real pro.

I initially schedules a repair appointment, the tech was very helpful & explained why the doors were in poor condition. He gave me an estimate for a replacement of the doors & openers. They were able to come within a couple of days, and the new doors are great!

My experience was great! Getting into winter, I need to be able to park my vehicle in my garage and was disappointed when my opener decided to stop working. I called, and service was scheduled quickly. I got notifications, and reminders by text and by email. My tech, Cody, came on time, and was so kind and professional! He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and offered me all available options. Within an hour, I had a new opener, and he even helped me program the button in my car to operate it. He completely went above and beyond and made a big problem, now in hindsight, just a minor inconvenience. Thanks Cody & Precision Garage Door Service!

I picked this company because I have a Liftmaster door opener. The repairman was friendly and answered all the questions I had. The work was done quickly with no problems. He did the work with no pressure to do more than I could afford that fixed the problem. I can finish other work later without sacrificing quality. I would recommend others to use this business.

Our spring broke on a Sunday and we looked online for repair servicees with high customer satisfaction ratings. We chose Precision and are glad we did. Isaiah showed up early in the window of appointment times, introduced himself and explained what components of the garage door system he would be inspecting. A short time later, he had a proposed estimate which included several parts in addition to the spring. He showed me the wear of these parts and recommended replacement-he was not pushy but explained that with worn parts, we could expect further complications down the road. I agreed to replace some hinges and rollers and drums. He said he would complete the work in no more than 90 minutes. He completed the repairs in about 45 minutes and demonstrated how they check themselves for the thoroughness of the repair. The garage door operates smoother and quieter than it ever has (even when the new door was first installed). I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing garage door services.

Isaiah Gibbs, our Precision Door Specialist is worth far more than 5 Stars. He did an excellent job of explaining our situation and leading us to think in common sense terms in a course of action. Our situation centered around an aged garage door hardware that was in terrible need of replacement (our thoughts prior to his arrival). He re-enforced our thinking by showing us (in detail) areas that we suspected needing replacement and why. Once we made the decision to proceed, the obstacles he faced from our aged garage door and it's hardware were a challenge, but he handled it very well. A great guy who I recommend very highly.

I’m so happy with the quick response to my request for service. The Technician, Javen, was so knowledgeable, polite and honest. He solved the mystery problem that the Push Button on the Wall Mount Opener was broken unfortunately they do not carry the unit I needed but he told me what I needed to purchase and he could return and install. Since Jalen couldn’t provide what I needed he left me being able to open the garage door using only my remote control. He did not charge me anything for the service call because he only diagnosed the problem. I was so overwhelmed with his honesty that I cried. Please call this company when you need assistance. You can trust them to provide Honesty & Excellent Service! A Big Thank You Jalen! I will always contact this company whenever I need my garage door repaired.
