We had a cable starting to break on our garage door. Precision had someone out the very next day. Isaiah is the gentleman that showed up to do the inspection. He was crystal clear on our options and was no pressure for the sale. Great work and felt like he was family. Would not hesitate to call them back for any other issues we may have. My garage door wouldn’t open and I figured it was a problem with my remote. I called Precision Garage Door Service and the representative was polite and scheduled me to be seen that day. I received a text ahead of time with the name and picture of the technician so I would recognize him, and he called to say when he would arrive. When Josh showed up he was very polite and quickly diagnosed the problem, taking the time to explain everything he saw. He walked me through all of my options for repairs including pros and cons, gave me his recommendations and then let me decide without any pressure whatsoever. After I made my choices he immediately started work, and was done quickly considering the scope of the job. I’m pleased with the result and his professionalism.

Fantastic service. Called on Monday morning at 9:00 am to see about getting a quote for new garage door opener. 10:30 they had a technician at my house. Alex the installer was super professional, explained everything really well and provided me multiple options.
