I do not recommend this company. Our garage door was not working properly and after inspection the man said it was the sensors at the bottom of the door. He quoted us almost $500 to fix. Unfortunately, that did not fix the issue. We had to then pay for the opener unit to be replaced. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I didn’t know anything about garage doors.

Joey Albers did a great job fixing a roller that came out from the track on our garage door. He was extremely polite and explained that the opener was pulling it away and that’s why it came out. I appreciated that he didn’t just fix the obvious issue but prevented it from happening again.

The two gentlemen who came to help open my old, old, fiberglass door and get my car out were absolutely wonderful. They went to work, got the door up and measured for a new door that I probably really needed years ago. It is scheduled to be installed the next day, exactly what I wanted and for an awesome price! This is a great company. The two men were very nice to work with. They were pleasant, friendly, and answered all my questions. It's cool to meet people with social skills!

My experience with every member of the staff was great! I had a mangled garage door and they were able to get someone out early Saturday morning. By Tuesday afternoon I had a brand new garage door. Highly recommend!

I called Precision Garage Door service this morning with concerns over the shake rattle and roll of my garage door. They were available for a look see this afternoon. The two technicians Mr Abbott and his teammate arrived roughly 1400hrs. I expressed my concerns and annoyances with my door. Various options were presented with the scope of work and prices suitable for my needs. I did not feel pressured or get the opinion they weren’t leaving without selling me something. At my call, they essentially upgraded everything minus the door itself. The guys were friendly, professional, courteous and displayed genuine concern for my situation. Less than three hours later they were done and to my surprise the difference is amazing, I’m in the 21st century now!! They went over the functions of the remotes, the inside and outside wall mounts as well as paired my vehicle to the opener frequency. I believe money well spent in the long run so kudos guys. I also recommend giving the company a green light. And with that…Enjoy! B.

All our expectations were met and even exceeded. Our original issue was solved and your technician, Cody Schaefer, showed us some additional items that we might keep an eye on concerning our opener and other hardware that was getting dated. After noting those items we asked if he could just go ahead and repair the damaged hardware and also to go ahead and put up a new opener. The old opener was over 30 yrs old. Cody was able to do the installation and repairs during this one visit within a couple of hours. We are extremely satisfied with the work and Cody was very courteous, professional and helpful in showing us the damaged hardware. Also in explaining the advantages of a new opener vs. our outdated motor. He didn't try to sell us anything, but answered in a straightforward manner the estimate for the work we eventually wanted completed. Showing us all the detail so we could make an educated decision. And getting completed without another appointment is always a big plus. A very satisfactory job!

I have been hurt and disappointed by all other garage door repair companies that have told me No, we do not touch DIY installed garage doors. I called Precision Doors and they told me Josh would be over in 2 hours to replace the worn out parts on a garage door installed 30 years ago DIY by myself. Josh inspected the door and showed us parts they have, original and Precision Door parts which are stronger and built to last a long time which is what we chose. Josh worked efficiently to remove the old and worn out parts and replace them with new ones in upper 90 heat index weather.. How does the repaired garage door work : quiet and smooth as butter. Like most people, I did not think about my garage door until there was a problem. A quick Google search revealed a few companies servicing my area, but Precision Garage Door Service stood out for its high rating, its 24/7 service, and military discount. Quentin was dispatched and there within the hour. While the broken spring was the obvious issue, Quentin thoroughly inspected the entire door and motor for any additional issues and found a number of items that needed addressed. I was impressed with this young man’s extensive knowledge as I discussed various parts and regular maintenance with him. Further, Quentin educated me on the regular maintenance of the door (how to lube) and how often a service call should be made. Professional conduct, expert tradesman…all with a smile and a handshake. I will be calling on Precision for all of my garage door needs.

We were unable to open our garage door due a broken spring and necessitated service. Although service could not be rendered the next day as it was a weekend, our technician Josh arrived early Monday morning and performed an excellent job. He described the problem in detail and offered various solutions to the problem. Josh answered all of our questions and was extremely professional and courteous.
