Like most people, I did not think about my garage door until there was a problem. A quick Google search revealed a few companies servicing my area, but Precision Garage Door Service stood out for its high rating, its 24/7 service, and military discount. Quentin was dispatched and there within the hour. While the broken spring was the obvious issue, Quentin thoroughly inspected the entire door and motor for any additional issues and found a number of items that needed addressed. I was impressed with this young man’s extensive knowledge as I discussed various parts and regular maintenance with him. Further, Quentin educated me on the regular maintenance of the door (how to lube) and how often a service call should be made. Professional conduct, expert tradesman…all with a smile and a handshake. I will be calling on Precision for all of my garage door needs.

Very impressed with rapid response to on line booking. Was emailed info a picture of technician that would be making service call. Cody called and gave ETA and arrived within that time frame. He was professional and courteous explained issues with garage opener and inspection of all working parts garage door system. No hard sell gave options addressed issues I chose. Thank you to Precision Garage Door for the quick service as they were here within 3 hours of my call for service. A pin had fell out from somewhere when I went to open my garage door today and I had no idea as to where it came from and therefore was afraid to try to close it. We were unable to open our garage door due a broken spring and necessitated service. Although service could not be rendered the next day as it was a weekend, our technician Josh arrived early Monday morning and performed an excellent job. He described the problem in detail and offered various solutions to the problem. Josh answered all of our questions and was extremely professional and courteous. I didn’t realize garage doors should not be noisy until I saw your commercial. Cody Schaefer was the technician and he did a thorough inspection. He found some problems with the hardware which I was not surprised as it’s old.He wrote up two quotes for me. One was a little more expensive than the other. I chose which one I wanted and he had everything replaced in an hour,which is the time he told me it would take. Very nice technician and I feel confident if anything goes wrong I can call Precision and it will be taken care of.

Alex was on time, efficient and very helpful. Helped me by programming 2 new remotes, he couldn't get a pad to be compatible, but the new remotes were needed. He installed new rollers and replaced and installed 2 new springs. I would call them again, 2nd time, different issues for my garage door.

Joey Albers was Technician and performed diagnosis of issue and was able to complete repair in 1.5 hours. This included installing new springs, garage opener, inside & outside control panels, and sensors. In addition, assisted in setting up myQ on phone and programming Homelink in car.
