I woke up to find that I had apparently locked a racoon in my garage overnight and he not only knocked everything in the garage off of benches and walls, he also chewed up the wiring on my garage door sensors. I found Precision when I googled repair services and was pleased to get connected to a live person pretty quickly. She was very pleasant and told me she would have someone out within a 4 hour windows. Shortly after getting a call from one service man "Will" help called to let me know he had just left my area to head south but assured me he'd be back in a few hours. Shortly after that I received a call from a different service man " Matt" who let me know he was going to come instead and would be here in 15 minutes. Everyone was professional and friendly and made me fill like my problem was important to them. Matt showed up right on time and was able to reuse my existing equipment and quickly repaired the sensor wiring and conducted a preventive maintenance and safety check on the springs and rollers etc. And left me a quote in case I wanted to update items in the future. Will certainly use Precision in the future, great people, great service, no hard sell tactics for things you may not need. Thanks again Matt!

We have used Precision Door Service in the past (Purchased our Overhead door opener from them) and was aware they worked weekends. I called early Sat morning and was told Joey could be out to repair our door (broken spring) between 2-6 pm. He called at 11:50 am and said he could arrive earlier if it was convenient for us. He arrived approx 12:30. He was very professional and knowledgeable about garage doors. He explained all our options with no pressure to purchase and provided us with an estimate for our selected choices. He completed the repairs within the hour. We were very impressed with his EXCELLENT service. If you need your garage door repaired give Precision Door a call. You won't be disappointed!

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door service!!! My vehicle was stuck in the in the garage! This company responded with fast prompt service, which I so appreciated. Mr. Isaiah Gibbs showed up and saved the day!! He was knowledgeable but did not push, (which is very important to me) he gave me my options and let ME decide what was best for ME and MY budget, He took to task my needs and budget to get things fixed, we decided to go with a new door which is pretty reasonably priced and excited to have it installed this week. I was a little bit worried about the repair price, but don’t let that steer you away because the quality of parts, labor and warranty more than rationalize it. We had Brian out to fix out torsion spring; he was very knowledgeable, kind and very quick on swapping out parts during installation. Would recommend if you want the best product and installation.

Adam showed up early, quoted the job on the spot. I found the quote to be reasonable enough including a lifetime warranty so he started the repair and was done in a half hour out the door. Will definitely recommend them and use them in the future!

We had a gay door that would not close or open. I emailed Precision on Thursday evening. In less than an hour we had an appointment set for Friday morning between 8 and 10. Kevin texted that he was on his way at 8:25 and here by 8:45. We could not fix an opener that was 21 years old but a new opener was in and Kevin was gone by 9:52 am. I was able to go to work. Customer Service is fantastic!! I can’t say anything else. Customer Service.

Precision was at our house within an hour of calling. Our garage door came off the tracks. Not only did the repair man fix the door he also found out why it came off the tracks. He removed the simple cause without any hesitation at all.
