Alex is fantastic. Quickly assessed and identified the correct problem. Alex recommended not only what I had to have versus what we needed for longevity. In comparison of part prices I found. Precision to be roughly on par with retail cost of similar items. While not the cheapest, the value is there when combined with the 8 year warranty. With this information I opted for the complete package to bring my door to like new condition. Alex was efficient in his work and provided superior customer experience. Well done young man. I heard about Precision Door Service from the advertisement on the TV. I was having a sudden issue with my garage door. I called precision door service and the were prompt to come over the following day. The technician Cody explained clearly to me what is the problem after his inspection. He showed me clearly what parts need to replaced. I can attest that he has done an excellent job and the parts that he replaced were much better than the parts that were used in my garage which was for a new built home.
