Precision Door had previously installed our garage door. The spring had broken, I called before noon, John arrived at 2:00 after calling me and confirming the time. Because we had purchased the warranty package back in 2015, I was only charged for the service call and labor. Great job! Appreciated the prompt, individualized service and no talking to a call center, out of state operators, etc. Thanks!

I am a repeat customer purhased a garage door last year. I called today to get an estimate on some weather striping around my other garage door. I was made aware that there would be a $95 charge if I didn't want any work done. I understand it costs money to send someone out. I was disappointed the the charge was more than twice what I was expecting and I had to pay to find that out. I think $95 is a bit steep to get an estimate.With this in mind, I will not be calling your business with any more repair or replacement needs. Sincerely Sandy Goodwin

The spring on our garage door broke, and after having Cody and Q look at all the other hardware, it was apparent that it was time to replace some parts. We decided to do a complete overhaul and get rid of what might’ve been some of the original hardware on the door, and Cody and Q did a great job explaining and showing us everything.

Isaiah, from Precision Garage Door is a real pro! I called when our door broke and Isaiah was here within the hour. He spotted the problem the minute he saw the door! He still make a complete assessment of the issue and offered 3 fixes. He could fix it , but we might have problems later since the system was 7 years old. He also, gave an estimate to fix all the potential problems the door could pose in the next year or two. I chose to take the better fix. WOW am I glad we did. The door operate better and is quieter than it has even been since new. It even looks better! Isaiah gets five gold stars for his professionalism and demeanor! He is really good and likable! Technician Isaish Gibbs arrived on time (est. arrival was from 4-8pm) at exactly 4:00 and replaced one garage door opener as requested. No hard sales pitch, since I had a brand-new garage door replaced earlier this spring. Mr. Gibbs was friendly and explained all issues clearly. He was finished in no time, and I was very pleased overall. Should I need any assistance in the future, I will definitely call on your services again. Thank you for an excellent job.

Isaiah did a great job. I'm moving into a new house and the garage door was very loud/squeaky when opening and closing, so I called to have a general tune up done to make sure there weren't any major issues that needed to be addressed. Even though the door just needed a little grease on the hinges/wheels, Isaiah took the time to do an inspection and made sure I knew what product to purchase if I had the problem again in the future and gave me tips about how and where to apply to the door. I was very appreciative for his expertise and that he took the time to thoroughly explain things even though it was a very simple problem.

Great experience!!! Went to the website the night my garage door spring broke but decided to wait until the next day because it was late and definitely not an emergency. I went to the website in the morning and decided on a Noon appointment but was one even available sooner. Within seconds of a scheduling, I received an email and before my appointment, I got a message and phone call from my service provider. Once he arrived he looked at the problem and had me a quote in minutes! I agreed to the price and the work was done in no time.
