I called Precision Garage Door service this morning with concerns over the shake rattle and roll of my garage door. They were available for a look see this afternoon. The two technicians Mr Abbott and his teammate arrived roughly 1400hrs. I expressed my concerns and annoyances with my door. Various options were presented with the scope of work and prices suitable for my needs. I did not feel pressured or get the opinion they weren’t leaving without selling me something. At my call, they essentially upgraded everything minus the door itself. The guys were friendly, professional, courteous and displayed genuine concern for my situation. Less than three hours later they were done and to my surprise the difference is amazing, I’m in the 21st century now!! They went over the functions of the remotes, the inside and outside wall mounts as well as paired my vehicle to the opener frequency. I believe money well spent in the long run so kudos guys. I also recommend giving the company a green light. And with that…Enjoy! B.

I didn’t realize garage doors should not be noisy until I saw your commercial. Cody Schaefer was the technician and he did a thorough inspection. He found some problems with the hardware which I was not surprised as it’s old.He wrote up two quotes for me. One was a little more expensive than the other. I chose which one I wanted and he had everything replaced in an hour,which is the time he told me it would take. Very nice technician and I feel confident if anything goes wrong I can call Precision and it will be taken care of.

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door of Dayton. The service was fast, efficient, and professionally done from start to finish. Grateful to have had Isaiah come to my house this morning. A professional who is VERY knowledgeable and has a positive personality. I just purchased my house and was having problems with my garage door opener. I didn't know if it was the opener or the garage door itself. Isaiah went over the reason that he was making some recommendations for needed repairs and maintenance to get more life out of my garage door. He reset my code box and set up my car to be able to communicate with my opener. Had a broken spring on my garage door so I contacted Precision Garage Door Service via their website. A technician, Cody, arrived about 20 minutes after I contacted the company. Technician was very professional, evaluated the job, and provided a detailed quote. Completed the job which entailed replacement of rollers, bearings, steel cable and two springs in about an hour. Will definitely use them again for my next garage door project!
