Shortly after arriving the technician knew exactly the cause of my garage door openers sporadic performance. Josh from Precision Door Service of Dayton was able to fix my garage door in less than 2 hours. The torsion spring broke which also broke the cables, so my door was not going anywhere, with my car stuck inside. He replaced all the hardware and now it's operating and running smoother and quieter than ever. He was a pleasure to speak with and was very knowledgeable and professional.

We had a cable starting to break on our garage door. Precision had someone out the very next day. Isaiah is the gentleman that showed up to do the inspection. He was crystal clear on our options and was no pressure for the sale. Great work and felt like he was family. Would not hesitate to call them back for any other issues we may have. Also came with a great warranty!!!

Fantastic service. Called on Monday morning at 9:00 am to see about getting a quote for new garage door opener. 10:30 they had a technician at my house. Alex the installer was super professional, explained everything really well and provided me multiple options. Needless to say they installed a new opener along with a complete torsion system and my garage door is working absolutely perfect along with all the new technology available for smart garage doors! Would highly recommend!!!

Joey was amazing! He showed up within the expected arrival window. He explained everything he saw wrong with our springs in the garage while walking us through our options. Pricing was explained up front. Now our garage is moving up and down as smooth as butter. He was also understanding that our 18-month-old was curious about the people in the garage. We've used Precision in the past and have been happy withe their service and this time was no different. No pressure, but in the end fixing the old door just wasn't worth it and priced a new one. The price was fair, and the installers were out less than 24 hours later to take out the old door and put in a new one. Super professional, cleaned up when they left, and it only took a little over two hours for the entire process. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

Found my garage door inoperative this morning and the spring was broken at the top. I called Precision and spoke to helpful people who were able to get me a repairman out within a couple hours. Friendly rep came out and had the door fixed quickly, faster than I imagined. Efficient. Now everything is back to perfect.
