I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door of Dayton. The service was fast, efficient, and professionally done from start to finish. They replaced my spring, cables, and bearings, and everything is working smoothly now. Taylor was the installer, and he was on time, knowledgeable, and got the job done right the first time. He explained what needed to be fixed and worked quickly without cutting corners. Overall, very satisfied with the quality of work and the level of service. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing garage door repairs.

Grateful to have had Isaiah come to my house this morning. A professional who is VERY knowledgeable and has a positive personality. I just purchased my house and was having problems with my garage door opener. I didn't know if it was the opener or the garage door itself. Isaiah went over the reason that he was making some recommendations for needed repairs and maintenance to get more life out of my garage door. He reset my code box and set up my car to be able to communicate with my opener. This guy is the package for repairman, j I wish every repairman walked into my house looking to help with a long term plan. Thanks Isaiah, it was wonderful to meet you and YOU represent your company phenomenally.

I have used Precision since 2017. I have been pleased; beginning with the initial phone call to request service. I love the same day service as well as expertise of the technicians. Isaiah was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all my questions and gave me a few times regarding maintenance of my garage door. He worked quickly and there was nothing to clean up after he left. I gladly give the company 5 stars; I would give Isaiah 10 stars if I could.

Had a broken spring on my garage door so I contacted Precision Garage Door Service via their website. A technician, Cody, arrived about 20 minutes after I contacted the company. Technician was very professional, evaluated the job, and provided a detailed quote. Completed the job which entailed replacement of rollers, bearings, steel cable and two springs in about an hour. Will definitely use them again for my next garage door project!

Josh from Precision Door Service of Dayton was able to fix my garage door in less than 2 hours. The torsion spring broke which also broke the cables, so my door was not going anywhere, with my car stuck inside. He replaced all the hardware and now it's operating and running smoother and quieter than ever. He was a pleasure to speak with and was very knowledgeable and professional.
