We got the best technician. Josh arrived at 8:05am, and by 9:20am he had already finished the installation, cleaned up the entire area, and explained how our new garage door opener works. He was very friendly and patient with all our questions. The service was 10/10.

Great service! Called first thing in the morning and they were able to come out that afternoon. They showed up about 15 minutes early (texted first to make sure that was ok) which was great. Clearly showed and explained what they were going to do and finished the work promptly. Highly recommend.

The work was good along with prompt service. After checking prices on different items I found the prices were greatly inflated. A three button Genie remote you charged $94.95 for a 40 or 50 anywhere who sells them. A wireless keypad for 169.95 ? Ridiculous!! They sell for around 50 bucks. This is the last go around with Precision garage door service, got me once never again. Your technician was excellent! Glenn Wetzel

The two gentlemen who came to help open my old, old, fiberglass door and get my car out were absolutely wonderful. They went to work, got the door up and measured for a new door that I probably really needed years ago. It is scheduled to be installed the next day, exactly what I wanted and for an awesome price! I called Precision Garage Door service this morning with concerns over the shake rattle and roll of my garage door. They were available for a look see this afternoon. The two technicians Mr Abbott and his teammate arrived roughly 1400hrs. I expressed my concerns and annoyances with my door. Various options were presented with the scope of work and prices suitable for my needs. I did not feel pressured or get the opinion they weren’t leaving without selling me something. At my call, they essentially upgraded everything minus the door itself. The guys were friendly, professional, courteous and displayed genuine concern for my situation. Less than three hours later they were done and to my surprise the difference is amazing, I’m in the 21st century now!! They went over the functions of the remotes, the inside and outside wall mounts as well as paired my vehicle to the opener frequency. I believe money well spent in the long run so kudos guys. I also recommend giving the company a green light. And with that…Enjoy! B.

All our expectations were met and even exceeded. Our original issue was solved and your technician, Cody Schaefer, showed us some additional items that we might keep an eye on concerning our opener and other hardware that was getting dated. After noting those items we asked if he could just go ahead and repair the damaged hardware and also to go ahead and put up a new opener. The old opener was over 30 yrs old. Cody was able to do the installation and repairs during this one visit within a couple of hours. We are extremely satisfied with the work and Cody was very courteous, professional and helpful in showing us the damaged hardware. Also in explaining the advantages of a new opener vs. our outdated motor. He didn't try to sell us anything, but answered in a straightforward manner the estimate for the work we eventually wanted completed. Showing us all the detail so we could make an educated decision. And getting completed without another appointment is always a big plus. A very satisfactory job!

Our garage door was about 20 years old, with some parts out of code and the rest old and noisy. Neighbors recommended Precision saying everything was done very well, and even if it cost just a little bit more....it was worth it! Called and got an appointment the next day. Appreciated communications with office updating me on technician's approaching arrival. Photo and a little personal info on "Quentin" made us feel secure when he arrived. Thoughtfully evaluated existing system, suggested options, explaining benefits without hard sell push. We agreed motor should be replaced which gave us new turn on buttons, outdoor pad, safety "eyes" on walls, interior light and remote. Quentin worked quickly, quietly, and cleanly. We double checked every system with him and he explained pad programming and other switches understandably while demonstrating how to use them. Our door now runs smoothly with proper tension after getting two new springs to replace our one old one. No brainer to give five stars!!

Garage door would not open or close from the remotes, including the wired wall remote. I could operate the door from the opener using the up/down buttons. Technician trouble shooted the opener and removed and replaced the doorbell wires and it worked like new. We still are not sure what the problem was but it works now. Very interesting problem that was solved.
