Both Will and his trainee assistant were very professional and friendly. Will explained his findings on the garage door system as well as options for different items to repair and/or upgrade for safety. In addition, he reviewed with us several different packages we could upgrade to. The actual repair work was completed in a timely manner. If you use this company, up front they will put you at ease with a picture and a bio of the technician coming to your home. The tech will call you with an estimated time and where he is coming from. When Quentin arrived he shook my hand and ask about the issue, he ask if I just wanted the issue fixed or did he want me to have him inspect both doors for issues. I told him just to fix the door that had the issue. He gave me a cost upfront before any work was performed. Quentin also gave me a time estimate of how long it should take. When he was finished he showed me what when and how to lubricate the doors and what products to use on them. First time using this company and hopefully the last but if I have any issues I will reach out to this company. P.S. There is a 5yr warranty on the new parts he installed. Thanks Precision and Quentin for being so professional from start to end on a job well done.

I choose Precision Door service because I always see their advertisements on tv and I told myself if I ever need garage door service I would call them . Unfortunately I need service. When calling I was able to get a service tech at my house within an hour. The technician was hear maybe an hour and half and did a great job! Thank you

I called Precision Door yesterday to make an appointment for getting my door opener keypad reprogrammed. I called in the middle of the afternoon, and a technician came before the afternoon was over! I have a 3-door garage, with the motor boxes 25+ years old. Given the age of the system, our technician Josh was puzzled a bit in trying to synch the keypad with each of the 3 motors on command. With some diligence in his research, he eventually managed to get the keypad and motors re-programmed and functioning properly before he left. We were grateful for his efforts. I am a repeat repeat customer, and I will call Precision Door again in the future should the need arise. They are timely, skilled, and professional in their work. I couldn't ask for more.

I've gone with Precision Door Service multiple times now in different houses - and there are reasons for that. The techs (Mikah was awesome!) are always on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and have always offered multiple solutions to the issues I've had. They get the work done perfectly and efficiently. On top of that, they've just been good dudes. I'm a firm believer in the idea of finding a service provider who can do what you need when you need it and sticking with them. So, unless something changes, I have no reason to go with any other garage door service.

My garage door spring was broken. Mikah was on time and completed my service quickly and efficiently. He did not have record of me being a customer even though I told him Precision did work 10+ years ago. That was before the digital era! I found my receipt from 2011 that said "Lifetime warranty on parts"! He replaced the spring and it was covered under warranty! Thank you Precision for honoring a piece of paper 15 years old! Honestly, I contacted Precision Door since they were open on a Saturday. I was provided a four-hour window and the technician was at the home at the beginning of that window. I briefed him on the problem and we discussed possible actions. Due to my system being 30 years old, I chose a door opener in the mid-range of pricing and also decided to include a new door. I chose a black door so it will take a week. I was given an appointment before the technician left, after installing the new opener. The technician was very helpful in explaining payment options that were available. I chose to go with GreenSky for full financing. I was very pleased with my interactions with the technician and the work that he completed. I would call Precision again.
