We contacted Precision Door because we used them several years ago at my Mother-In-Law's house and were pleased with the work. They were able to get us on the schedule the same day with a 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm window. The technician - Will Abbott - called and gave us a projected arrival time of 4:20 pm and he arrived right on time. Having a bio and picture up front to review before Will arrived was much appreciated. He was very courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Will did a fantastic job explaining the problem, our options and recommendations, and gave us estimates to work with. We chose our option, and the door was repaired in record time (all the necessary materials were in his van). We also appreciated how Will made sure the job was done right and did not leave until we tested the door, worked through one last glitch, and ensured the door was operating properly. Excellent job!

Great experience starting with a call. Technician Javen Moore was at my house about an hour or so after I called. He was very friendly but businesslike, very respectful, explained everything and completed the job in a very timely manner. It was a 5* plus experience.

Will A. performed the repair service on our garage door. He called in advance of his arrival and was very courteous and professional. After assessing the problem, he was able to make the repairs quickly. He then showed me what he had done and provided guidance on maintenance for the door. It was easy to make an online appointment for the repair. Very pleased with the service, and the door works beautifully now.

Javen Moore took care of me this morning and he showed up right on time on an extremely cold morning to fix my broken spring above my garage door. He was extremely efficient, very thoughtful and knowledgeable and got right to it and was done in no time. I called yesterday evening and I couldn't get in my garage due to the broken spring, and they were here first thing today which is admirable from a business that I'm sure has a lot to do every day, but they took great care of me. Additionally, he did a complete diagnostic on my door and recommended more work that probably should be done since it's been a while since my door was serviced and I told him I thought I would hold at this time and there was no pressure... he took care of what needed to be taken care of to get things running smoothly. I recommend these guys very highly and I wanna say personally thank you Javen for being great to talk to and professional and kind. Merry Christmas to you guys and thank you so much Precision! Called Precision to perform periodic lube on garage door and components. The technician, Alex, arrived on time and was professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all questions I had and provided quotes for the various garage door issues I wanted fixed/replaced. All the issues I wanted done today, he did. I'm saving a few for later. Excellent service! Called after 9PM when one of my garage door springs failed - an actual person (!) promptly answered the phone and had me scheduled for a service call within minutes. The technician (Cody S.) arrived promptly the following morning and got right to work. Cody inspected everything, gave solid repair recommendations, and offered multiple options at different price points with no pressure. After giving Cody the go-ahead, he dug in and finished everything in a little over an hour since he already had everything he needed on the truck. The door works better than before and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the parts and service!

I was able to set a Monday morning appointment on Sunday night. Received a call on Monday AM at 7:30 telling me the tech would be at my home in 30 minutes. That is great service. My tech, Isaiah arrived on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and explained the problem and made the fix. He made sure I understood the proper operation and made routine maintenance suggestions. I had Precision in Omaha. When I moved here I called and Jared came out to help me. We replaced everything we could in the garage door. The place was new construction and of course they put in cheap equipment. When I moved to my now location and needed work, I called and got Joey. He is a great guy and just as capable as Jared. By the way, he is coming back next Tuesday to replace the springs, etc.

My garage door spring broke on a Friday night as I was closing it for the night. In the morning I searched for companies that offered Saturday service. I found Precision offered quick service As well as weekend service. Precision was able to come out that same day. Joey was very professional gave me a number of options for my 20 year old door, never high pressure. I ended up having the spring, bearings, and cables replaced. Joey offered additional advice other maintenance items, but also indicated I could do them myself if I wished. Joey even gave me pointers on the DIY items I chose. Very professional, would recommend
