I do not recommend this company. Our garage door was not working properly and after inspection the man said it was the sensors at the bottom of the door. He quoted us almost $500 to fix. Unfortunately, that did not fix the issue. We had to then pay for the opener unit to be replaced. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I didn’t know anything about garage doors.

Joey Albers did a great job fixing a roller that came out from the track on our garage door. He was extremely polite and explained that the opener was pulling it away and that’s why it came out. I appreciated that he didn’t just fix the obvious issue but prevented it from happening again.

We were unable to open our garage door due a broken spring and necessitated service. Although service could not be rendered the next day as it was a weekend, our technician Josh arrived early Monday morning and performed an excellent job. He described the problem in detail and offered various solutions to the problem. Josh answered all of our questions and was extremely professional and courteous. I would certainly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I contacted Precision due to problem with garage door. They scheduled same day appointment and arrived within the time window promised. Joey Albers was Technician and performed diagnosis of issue and was able to complete repair in 1.5 hours. This included installing new springs, garage opener, inside & outside control panels, and sensors. In addition, assisted in setting up myQ on phone and programming Homelink in car. Exceeded my expectations and Joey did phenomenal work; absolutely Customer Focused associate and company. I'll be reaching out in the near future to have my 2nd garage door for the same service.

We contacted Precision Door because we used them several years ago at my Mother-In-Law's house and were pleased with the work. They were able to get us on the schedule the same day with a 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm window. The technician - Will Abbott - called and gave us a projected arrival time of 4:20 pm and he arrived right on time. Having a bio and picture up front to review before Will arrived was much appreciated. He was very courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Will did a fantastic job explaining the problem, our options and recommendations, and gave us estimates to work with. We chose our option, and the door was repaired in record time (all the necessary materials were in his van). We also appreciated how Will made sure the job was done right and did not leave until we tested the door, worked through one last glitch, and ensured the door was operating properly. Excellent job!

Javen Moore took care of me this morning and he showed up right on time on an extremely cold morning to fix my broken spring above my garage door. He was extremely efficient, very thoughtful and knowledgeable and got right to it and was done in no time. I called yesterday evening and I couldn't get in my garage due to the broken spring, and they were here first thing today which is admirable from a business that I'm sure has a lot to do every day, but they took great care of me. Additionally, he did a complete diagnostic on my door and recommended more work that probably should be done since it's been a while since my door was serviced and I told him I thought I would hold at this time and there was no pressure... he took care of what needed to be taken care of to get things running smoothly. Called Precision to perform periodic lube on garage door and components. The technician, Alex, arrived on time and was professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Excellent service! Called after 9PM when one of my garage door springs failed - an actual person (!) promptly answered the phone and had me scheduled for a service call within minutes. The technician (Cody S.) arrived promptly the following morning and got right to work. Cody inspected everything, gave solid repair recommendations, and offered multiple options at different price points with no pressure. After giving Cody the go-ahead, he dug in and finished everything in a little over an hour since he already had everything he needed on the truck. The door works better than before and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the parts and service!

I was able to set a Monday morning appointment on Sunday night. Received a call on Monday AM at 7:30 telling me the tech would be at my home in 30 minutes. That is great service. My tech, Isaiah arrived on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and explained the problem and made the fix. He made sure I understood the proper operation and made routine maintenance suggestions.
