Great experience today! I called with a garage door issue; they had a technician out within 1-2 hours of calling. Fixed the issue immediately. Tyler Lung was our technician, and he was 100% professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him to others.

A mishap between one of our cars and our garage door bent one of the brackets making closing the garage door impossible. We called Precision who managed to fit us in that day even though they were very busy. The person who answered the phone, and I assume the scheduler, was so polite and so very helpful. The serviceman could not have been nicer, explained everything he was going to do to fix our problem, and explained the cost to us in detail. Beside replacing our brackets, we also had him replace the metal rollers with quieter nylon ones. As part of his service he also greased the hinges. His work was excellent and very clean. We could not be happier! Thank you Heidi and Tyler. Precision - you now have a customer for life. Please keep up the good work.

Great job on my garage door repair. The spring and cables broke this morning at 7:00 a.m.. I called Precision and George had the door repaired by 10:15 a.m.. Nobody wants an unexpected repair bill, but I can't find a single complaint about how I was treated or the repair done. Very professional all around!

I called Precision this morning and 30 minutes later Adam called and asked if he could come early, I said yes and 10 minutes later he drove up. Talked about the new opener I needed and after I agreed installed it and set the opener in my car to work. After I heard the unit I frankly couldn't believe how quiet it was. When our garage door broke (i.e., springs & cable), I went to the Home Advisor site for recommendations and noted that Precision was highly rated. I called them late morning and was told someone could come to fix my garage door between 4 & 6:00 PM that day. Precision called about 1:30 to tell us a technicion named George would arrive in 30 minutes. George arrived before 2PM and our door was fixed satisfactorily within the next 30 minutes. We were very pleased with Precision's timeliness and very professional repair work on our garage door.
