I want to thank Precision Door Service for a GREAT garage door repair experience. The entire process from my initial phone call to make an appointment, all the way through to the completed repair was as smooth as possible. Each person I spoke with on the phone or to the technicians, Joey and Kevin that came out and did the work were very courteous and professional. (I also appreciated receiving a text message with their photo and a brief bio once they were on their way to the condo.) This is my first experience with Precision Door Service and I can’t think of anything that I would ask them to do differently! Thanks again, Ron

Decided on Precision because it's local, and had 5-star reviews. Technician was here within two hours, professional and friendly. Found the problem quickly with the garage opener, and checked the motor of the system, the remotes, etc.! Appreciate the quick response and fixing the problem! Will use in the future.

Great experience today! I called with a garage door issue; they had a technician out within 1-2 hours of calling. Fixed the issue immediately. Tyler Lung was our technician, and he was 100% professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him to others.

A mishap between one of our cars and our garage door bent one of the brackets making closing the garage door impossible. We called Precision who managed to fit us in that day even though they were very busy. The person who answered the phone, and I assume the scheduler, was so polite and so very helpful. The serviceman could not have been nicer, explained everything he was going to do to fix our problem, and explained the cost to us in detail. Beside replacing our brackets, we also had him replace the metal rollers with quieter nylon ones. As part of his service he also greased the hinges. His work was excellent and very clean. We could not be happier! Thank you Heidi and Tyler. Precision - you now have a customer for life. Please keep up the good work.

Great job on my garage door repair. The spring and cables broke this morning at 7:00 a.m.. I called Precision and George had the door repaired by 10:15 a.m.. Nobody wants an unexpected repair bill, but I can't find a single complaint about how I was treated or the repair done. Very professional all around!

I called Precision this morning and 30 minutes later Adam called and asked if he could come early, I said yes and 10 minutes later he drove up. Talked about the new opener I needed and after I agreed installed it and set the opener in my car to work. After I heard the unit I frankly couldn't believe how quiet it was.
