I have to give 5 stars even though I experienced sticker shock over the cost of 2 springs, rollers, and cables for a one door garage. Even with a discount it was over a $1,000 dollars for parts and labor on a 1 hour job. You get what you pay for though, called this morning for service and tech was here in under an hour. Will assessed the problem, offered different levels of fixes in a very efficient, kind and courteous customer service attitude. Would definitely call again if problems come.

Not a great Monday morning when ya wake up to a broken garage door. Car trapped inside. However, scheduling Precision to come out and fix it was a great decision. No regrets. Isaiah was great and after about an hour and a half the garage was like new. New spring, some other parts and pieces, routine maintenance etc. Would recommend.

Great experience starting with a call. Technician Javen Moore was at my house about an hour or so after I called. He was very friendly but businesslike, very respectful, explained everything and completed the job in a very timely manner. It was a 5* plus experience.

Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door! Joey, our technician, and his assistant, Quintin, were both professional and courteous when they came to service my broken garage door system. They arrived within their expected time window and called beforehand. Joey explained my options after inspecting the unit and he and his associate installed a new garage door system in a timely and professional manner. My main spring broke around 5:00 pm on a Thursday, I called Precision because I had used them before. They made an appointment for me the following morning at 9:00.
