We called precision door service at 5:00AM on a Friday morning and were treated kindly . They listened to our garage door problem and scheduled us for a 10AM to 2 PM service call . Both torsion springs had broken on our garage door and it was too heavy to lift . So , we had both our vehicles in the garage and wasn't able to get the vehicles out of the garage . we received a call from Alex the precision door service technician at 11:00AM and they were on their way to our address . Both technicians arrived ,Alex , & Joey . They were friendly + professional and knowledgeable . They finished the job quickly and professionally . The Garage Door works like new ...smile + the work looked professional and the new torsion springs were stronger which helps the life of the old motor on the garage door opener . I am a repeat customer of this business. Today, they came to re-program my door opener keypad and synch it with the motors. While they were at my home, I asked them to do general maintenance (lube, adjustments, etc.). I am pleased with their work! I called for an appointment on Sunday. They were at my house Monday, a little early relative to the 4-hour window I was given. No waiting! They were VERY efficient and professional with the task of the keypad reconnection. Tuned the doors up nicely too. The technicians were very courteous and professional. I'll use this business again should the need arise!

Awesome same day service! Reached out with an online inquiry at 2PM to see about servicing my broken garage door spring and shortly thereafter I had Alex the technician arrive at my home at 3:15PM. Alex replaced both springs and was done by 4PM. I will definitely keep Precision garage door service in mind for any of my garage door needs moving forward.

I have had friends that have used Precision before and have been very satisfied with their service. After a garage door emergency occurred late last evening I called. The gentleman that answered was very polite and listened to my trouble. He scheduled Alex out to my house between 10 & 2 today and received a call when he was on the way. Alex was very detailed when explaining what caused the situation and what needed to be completed to fix it properly....and with no pressure.
