The technicians were absolutely great. my door was installed and worked perfectly. Here is the important part. When I had a problem with the door opener a tech appeared at my door within a day and fixed the problem. No hassle and no hedging. Just done to make it run again perfectly.

Alex was on time, efficient and very helpful. Helped me by programming 2 new remotes, he couldn't get a pad to be compatible, but the new remotes were needed. He installed new rollers and replaced and installed 2 new springs. I would call them again, 2nd time, different issues for my garage door.

This business was the second one I called. I was freaking out because my garage door wouldn't move. They scheduled an appointment for that day. The two men who arrived were very pleasant. They gave me a couple options on what they could do to fix it. I told them what I wanted and within about an hour my garage door was working again! The spring to our garage door broke. I called Precision Door after doing research on the internet. I was able to book an appointmnet the next day. The tech, Alex, showed up on time. he was very polite and knew what he was doing. He gave us a quote with diiferent options and explained each one. Alex was fantastic. He identified the problem immediately and clearly explained what had happened and how to prevent it in the future. Our original opener had been installed by the builder with minimal effort, including a single spring that wasn’t appropriate for the door. Alex explained why that setup caused issues and recommended the right opener without pushing top-of-the-line extras. The new setup is remarkably quiet. The door is effectively silent unless you’re standing right next to it, a huge improvement over the old system that vibrated through the walls. I would absolutely recommend Precision for repairs or replacements.

Alex is fantastic. Quickly assessed and identified the correct problem. Alex recommended not only what I had to have versus what we needed for longevity. In comparison of part prices I found. Precision to be roughly on par with retail cost of similar items. While not the cheapest, the value is there when combined with the 8 year warranty. We called precision door service at 5:00AM on a Friday morning and were treated kindly . They listened to our garage door problem and scheduled us for a 10AM to 2 PM service call . Both torsion springs had broken on our garage door and it was too heavy to lift . So , we had both our vehicles in the garage and wasn't able to get the vehicles out of the garage . we received a call from Alex the precision door service technician at 11:00AM and they were on their way to our address . Both technicians arrived ,Alex , & Joey . They were friendly + professional and knowledgeable . They finished the job quickly and professionally . The Garage Door works like new ...smile + the work looked professional and the new torsion springs were stronger which helps the life of the old motor on the garage door opener .
