We saw your ad in a value saver book and gave the office a call. Surprisingly they had someone at our house the next day. Alex was our tech and we received a email with his picture and bio. He call us 30 minutes before he arrived to let us know he was on his way. Alex was very polite and knowledgeable tech on his products and helped up decide which opener was right for us. Called Precision to perform periodic lube on garage door and components. The technician, Alex, arrived on time and was professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all questions I had and provided quotes for the various garage door issues I wanted fixed/replaced. All the issues I wanted done today, he did. I'm saving a few for later. All my expectations for this service call were met and exceeded. Thanks for the excellent work and the manner in which it was completed !

Alex is fantastic. Quickly assessed and identified the correct problem. Alex recommended not only what I had to have versus what we needed for longevity. In comparison of part prices I found. Precision to be roughly on par with retail cost of similar items. While not the cheapest, the value is there when combined with the 8 year warranty. With this information I opted for the complete package to bring my door to like new condition. Alex was efficient in his work and provided superior customer experience. Well done young man. We called precision door service at 5:00AM on a Friday morning and were treated kindly . They listened to our garage door problem and scheduled us for a 10AM to 2 PM service call . Both torsion springs had broken on our garage door and it was too heavy to lift . So , we had both our vehicles in the garage and wasn't able to get the vehicles out of the garage . we received a call from Alex the precision door service technician at 11:00AM and they were on their way to our address . Both technicians arrived ,Alex , & Joey . They were friendly + professional and knowledgeable . They finished the job quickly and professionally . The Garage Door works like new ...smile + the work looked professional and the new torsion springs were stronger which helps the life of the old motor on the garage door opener . I am a repeat customer of this business. Today, they came to re-program my door opener keypad and synch it with the motors. While they were at my home, I asked them to do general maintenance (lube, adjustments, etc.). I am pleased with their work! I called for an appointment on Sunday. They were at my house Monday, a little early relative to the 4-hour window I was given. No waiting! They were VERY efficient and professional with the task of the keypad reconnection. Tuned the doors up nicely too. The technicians were very courteous and professional. I'll use this business again should the need arise!
