Had an emergency requirement when our garage door was stuck with both cars in the garage on a Friday evening (broken spring and loose cable on old garage door). Precision Door was exceptionally responsive in taking the call that evening and getting a technician out the following morning. The technician, Cody, performed perfectly. He was very knowledgeable, capable, professional and pleasant to work with. He quickly made temporary repairs to get the door functioning, ordered a completely new door/equipment and precisely explained all options. I definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone else!

When the technician was in the process of replacing my broken spring, he broke a section of my drywall and created a big hole located on the wall next to the garage door. Although they gave me a discount on the bill, the amount discounted is not enough by any means to have the drywall fixed.

Called and explained that my Genie keypad, that they installed, never worked right and needed to be looked at, they sent over someone that day. Isaiah- He was a pleasure to work with, very polite, a good listener and came to conclusion my keypad was defected and replaced it right then. Our spring broke on a Sunday and we looked online for repair servicees with high customer satisfaction ratings. We chose Precision and are glad we did. Isaiah showed up early in the window of appointment times, introduced himself and explained what components of the garage door system he would be inspecting. A short time later, he had a proposed estimate which included several parts in addition to the spring. He showed me the wear of these parts and recommended replacement-he was not pushy but explained that with worn parts, we could expect further complications down the road. I agreed to replace some hinges and rollers and drums. He said he would complete the work in no more than 90 minutes. He completed the repairs in about 45 minutes and demonstrated how they check themselves for the thoroughness of the repair. The garage door operates smoother and quieter than it ever has (even when the new door was first installed). I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing garage door services.

I can’t say enough about my technician Will Abbott. I have a unique situation.I live in a single-family dwelling that is unattached but is considered a condominium. I was in need of many things, but my association could not approve of any changes quickly. Will took it upon himself to make sure my garage door was working and safe until paperwork from the Association would be processed. Will was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. It’s so nice to have someone is such a wonderful job.

One of our brackets and cables broke and Jesse fixed it right up! He also noticed a lot of other potential hazards with our old garage door, so he recommended several preventative maintenance options. When you select/hire a company to perform work you never know who is coming and what kind of person they are. My technician was Alex. He explained the problem and what needed replaced.
