Isaiah Gibbs came out to my grandmothers house and gave her a fair and honest evaluation. I couldn’t be there and dealt with him over the phone. I felt confident that Isaiah was being truthful and am very pleased with the service he provided. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Thank you for not trying to over sell to an old lady.

Nothing but great things to say about Precision. Joey was amazing! It was hard to get a call back much less service on a weekend, but Precision answered immediately and had Joey en route within the hour. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient as I had many questions. Unfortunately, due to timing and budget we went another route, but I will, without a doubt call Precision for another quote when we decide to install a new door.

I had the best experience with precision garage door. They were on time, they were professional, and their prices were reasonable. The technician, Joey, was amazing!! He answered all my questions, helped me navigate some serious garage door issues, he was friendly yet professional. Joey went above and beyond.

This is an amazing company. Tyler made sure that I understood my options fully when fixing the garage door. Tyler worked quickly and made sure I understood everything he did to fix the issue. 1st...If it wasn't for a TV advertising spot and a competitor NOT being available on a Saturday to accept my call or have a live online rep ready to assist, I wouldn't have known about the company nor been as happy as I was. 2nd...Justin called 30-min before the appt to say he was coming and when I should expect him. I ALSO rec'd a text from the company confirming the same info (this is exceptional service). 3rd...Upon arrival, he understood what the issue was, explained my current options and their costs, agreed with me on making the most sensible decision at the time, discussed potential issues to monitor, gave several ball-park assessments of what it would cost to correct/replace items if issues persisted, and suggested I get an official appraisal IF the current fix didn't correct the issue AND a door replacement would be necessary. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service.
