Brian Payne responded to our for repairs and inspection of our garage door. He found a few more problems with door and pointed them out to me. He was very polite, friendly, and professional . Got the repairs taken care in the amount of time he stated. Only complaint that it was pricey

The technician came out to my property because i was under the impression that the opener was broken. The technician looked at the door and realized that it was a spring that was broken. I was informed that it was another company that installed the springs previously. The was very helpful and explained what i would need to do. I appreciate the help and information and will call you for assistance in the future should the opener need to be repaired for replaced. Thank you very much for coming out and looking at the problem.

Everything that was told to me while setting up the appointment was the truth. No surprises except how quickly our springs were replaced. Adam just replaced two garage door springs for us. Originally we just needed the one that broke, but he noticed the other was about to go as well so he saved us a headache and an additional service call and fixed them both. My wife and I are so happy we chose you guys to replace our garage door. I called asking for an estimate over the phone to fix my old door. John told me he would be at my house within 15 minutes to give me a free estimate. I had 4 other companies offer to come out as well, but for $75-$100. After meeting him, I knew I liked him and the company. I decided to buy a new one because of how honest he was and the reputation the company had. Kevin was at my house the next day and had it up within 3 hours. He was very professional and made sure I understood how to keep the door working like new for years to come. I highly recommend this company, you won't regret it.
