Scheduling was incredibly easy through the online system, and I received a phone call when the technician was on his way, which I really appreciated. My technician, Cody S., was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough throughout the entire visit. He took the time to carefully evaluate my garage door, explain his findings, and walk me through his recommendations along with the reasoning behind each one. He presented several repair options, ranging from a complete overhaul to simply replacing the broken spring, which was the original reason for my service call. At no point did I feel pressured to choose the more expensive option. He simply explained the pros and cons of each approach and let me decide what was best for my situation. The repair was completed quickly and professionally. Afterward, Cody reviewed everything that had been done and even shared a few DIY maintenance tips to help extend the life of my garage door. Overall, it was an excellent service experience, and I would definitely recommend both Cody and the company.

Will Abbott was a great tech, prompt and reasonable. Called before noon on a Saturday, was here a little after 330pm and done at 515pm. Springs, rollers, and cables replaced. Under $800, to get it back to a fully functional level. Again, wonderful tech, prompt and nice. I’d imagine about as fast a fix as you will get.

First let me say that we have lived in our home for almost 22 years. Precision has been out to our home three times in those 22 years. Each time they give us great information and a no pressure recommendation for the repair. First time one spring went out on our garage door, and it was suggested we get both changed out. We just had the one replaced. Four years later the other one went out and had it replaced. 8 years later the first spring went again. It was suggested we have an overhaul of the whole system. Based on what was shown to us we went ahead and had the whole thing updated. It was done quickly, and I never felt pressured to do more than the bare minimum. But our experience with this company helped us feel that their recommendation was in our best interest.

We had a large spring break on our double garage door, and Precision Door was out to repair the spring the next day. It was so nice to work with a company that arrived as promised and just did exceptional work. The technician we worked with was Ty, and he was courteous and did a great job of explaining the repairs that we needed. Within about an hour, our garage door was working again, and I must admit, it worked SIGNIFICANTLY better than it did before... it is now smoother and quieter, and the repair came with a 10 year warranty. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision Door again and again.

Excellent same day service! Travis was courteous, professional and called ahead to inform us of his arrival. We added new pulleys, cables, rollers, center bearings and both main springs to the original spring repair order because of his honesty and integrity. He explained everything including the warranty. Very pleased customer!
