Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door! Joey, our technician, and his assistant, Quintin, were both professional and courteous when they came to service my broken garage door system. They arrived within their expected time window and called beforehand. Joey explained my options after inspecting the unit and he and his associate installed a new garage door system in a timely and professional manner. He even programmed our cars to work with the new system. I highly recommend the friendly and helpful service we received from our technician, Joey, and his assistant. If I ever need to service my garage door in future, I will call Precision Garage Door.

Thank you to Precision for your prompt service. I called in distress due to an emergency with my larger garage door coming off of the track which has happened many times. It was time to replace the door. Not only did you arrive just a few short hours after my call, but I was able to get a new door installed the next morning. Thanks to Cody for helping me to select the right door for my budget and for setting up the service. Also, thanks to Clayton for coming and installing the door. We saw your ad in a value saver book and gave the office a call. Surprisingly they had someone at our house the next day. Alex was our tech and we received a email with his picture and bio. Joey responded eariler than scheduled. Saw the lack of spring performance. We had never had the springs ckecked in ? 15yrs. Was very through in offering advice and ways to help in operation of the door. Pricing seem very fair. Old springs appeared to have less capacity for the size of our door.

I used you almost 25 years ago and remembered the great service so when my garage door in my new townhouse wouldn't work yesterday I knew who to call. Precision Door Service stepped up bigtime. Situation: main spring broke on door and was unable to function at all impacting our daily coming and going. Called multiple companies for estimates on parts and labor as well as soonest availability. All were able to give potential estimate over phone as well as send tech to house for true costs based on specifics found on site. Response: Precision bumped up their time slot on their schedule and Tyler L. was first to arrive. It took Tyler 5 minutes to inspect situation and locked in same quote given over phone. Tyler communicated that he could resolve situation with brand new part in truck and complete labor on the spot. Outcome: Costs - turns out cost was lowest around which gave us the value we were looking for. Service - Tyler completed labor in less than 20 minutes. His instillation was not only efficient but turned out high quality. Customer Service - Tyler was excellent. He showed up 2 hours early. His installation was a snap and he was pleasant to work with. Precision was available for any garage door issues we were having and Tyler had both technical skill and communication style that knocked it out of the park. 100% Recommendation for all garage door needs.

Called for an appt on Friday to have our garage door looked at. It was not opening fully and traveled too far when closing and reversed. I had replace a gear to the chain about six months ago and thought I had it fixed. Tyler Lung showed up on time Monday morning and we looked at it and some of the plastic gears were worn and we talked about a replacement since the unit was 20+ years old. Bought a Genie belt driven unit and Tyler had it installed in less than an hour. Very quiet and very happy with the on time service and the knowledge and efficiency of the service technician, Tyler Lung.

I have had friends that have used Precision before and have been very satisfied with their service. After a garage door emergency occurred late last evening I called. The gentleman that answered was very polite and listened to my trouble. He scheduled Alex out to my house between 10 & 2 today and received a call when he was on the way. Alex was very detailed when explaining what caused the situation and what needed to be completed to fix it properly....and with no pressure. I would definitely recommend Precision to all of my family and friends. Thank you

Thank you! The service was very professional and helpful from the beginning. I called at 8am and had a professional installer arrive less than 4 hours later on the same day, the day after Christmas. The costs may seem more expensive but it's well worth it. Quality and professionalism providing quick and friendly service when you need it is well worth while. The door opener and drive belt was installed in about an hour. Thanks so much!
