I called Precision Garage Door service this morning with concerns over the shake rattle and roll of my garage door. They were available for a look see this afternoon. The two technicians Mr Abbott and his teammate arrived roughly 1400hrs. I expressed my concerns and annoyances with my door. Various options were presented with the scope of work and prices suitable for my needs. I did not feel pressured or get the opinion they weren’t leaving without selling me something. At my call, they essentially upgraded everything minus the door itself. The guys were friendly, professional, courteous and displayed genuine concern for my situation. Less than three hours later they were done and to my surprise the difference is amazing, I’m in the 21st century now!! They went over the functions of the remotes, the inside and outside wall mounts as well as paired my vehicle to the opener frequency. I believe money well spent in the long run so kudos guys. I also recommend giving the company a green light. And with that…Enjoy! B.

My garage door would not open. I had appointments scheduled throughout the day and my car was stuck inside the garage. I called Precision Garage Door and a technician arrived within 3 hours. My garage door spring broke unexpectedly, and they came out quickly to fix it. The technician Will was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. I was a little surprised by the price because it was higher than I expected, but the fast response, quality of the repair and the warranty made it worth it. The only downside was that I wasn't given any paperwork or emailed a receipt or invoice after the job was completed. Other than that, the service was great, and my garage door is working perfectly again.

We contacted Precision Door because we used them several years ago at my Mother-In-Law's house and were pleased with the work. They were able to get us on the schedule the same day with a 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm window. The technician - Will Abbott - called and gave us a projected arrival time of 4:20 pm and he arrived right on time. Having a bio and picture up front to review before Will arrived was much appreciated. He was very courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Will did a fantastic job explaining the problem, our options and recommendations, and gave us estimates to work with. We chose our option, and the door was repaired in record time (all the necessary materials were in his van). We also appreciated how Will made sure the job was done right and did not leave until we tested the door, worked through one last glitch, and ensured the door was operating properly. Excellent job!

Will Abbott was a great tech, prompt and reasonable. Called before noon on a Saturday, was here a little after 330pm and done at 515pm. Springs, rollers, and cables replaced. Under $800, to get it back to a fully functional level. Again, wonderful tech, prompt and nice. I’d imagine about as fast a fix as you will get.

I have to give 5 stars even though I experienced sticker shock over the cost of 2 springs, rollers, and cables for a one door garage. Even with a discount it was over a $1,000 dollars for parts and labor on a 1 hour job. You get what you pay for though, called this morning for service and tech was here in under an hour. Will assessed the problem, offered different levels of fixes in a very efficient, kind and courteous customer service attitude. Would definitely call again if problems come.
