Our garage door hasn't worked properly since our house was built nearly 2 years ago. The door made so much noise opening and closing that our neighbors always knew our comings and goings. Tyler quickly showed us what was wrong with the original installation and what needed to be repaired. After he adjusted the rails and replaced the rollers, the door no longer makes noise and I'm sure our neighbors are appreciative. Thanks Tyler!

Tech arrived on time & ID problem, made suggestions to better performance, had all required and suggested parts on hand. Job was done in a very timely manner. Conducted test (several times) outlined parts/job that was conducted & went over warranty. Very professional yet approachable attitude. Job/service great.

Fast, very professional, and did a through servicing of the garage door and all it's parts. Replaced the broken spring and even adjusted how the garage door operated since it has a new spring now. Highly recommend! Great job and thank you!

Alex came in clutch for us on Christmas Eve! Called ahead to let me know he was 15 minutes out, text came through with his picture and bio, showed up on time, communicated spring replacement options thoroughly, and then knocked the job out in 20 minutes. Couldn’t be happier with Alex and Precision for getting this taken care of on Christmas Eve. Highly recommend!
