Broken spring repair went very well from scheduling to service provided by Joey. Joey was very professional polite and did the repair/ replacement of broken spring in a very timely manner and with great detail of service provided. Service Team Member: Quentin 9:00 this morning - wife has an appointment at 1:00 and the garage door won’t open. I went out and looked - spring is broken. Set up an appointment with Precision for 1000-1200 SAME DAY. Immediate email confirmation, text follows with my service guy Quentin’s picture. 10:45 - Quentin arrives. Gives me an estimate - garage door fixed by 11:45. He even took the time to figure out my control board is bad on the opener and needs replaced - which is why my Tesla won’t connect to the opener even though it otherwise works. Amazing service response. Could not be happier. Quentin was prompt, courteous, professional. Precision and Quentin did EVERYTHING exactly how I want a service provider to do it. 5 stars - highly recommend - I’m a repeat customer, too.
