Very friendly and helpful all around! Called in the morning and had a whole new garage door, spring, and opener installed by 2pm. Josh explained everything about my garage door situation prior to showing me quotes. Garrett, Clayton, Chris, & Cody were very quick to dismantle the old door/opener/track/spring and install the new one. They took the time to make sure I knew how to care for my new door. I knew from the tv ads that this was the right company to try and they did not disappoint!

Technician was on time and polite. Replacement of 2 springs was way too expensive. They were already there, so we went ahead with the repair instead of just paying the "diagnostic fee". Also, the 3% fee for using a credit card seems outdated. It seems like the credit card fees are already built into your pricing. The repair was completed professionally and works great. I will get other estimates next time before calling them.
