This business was the second one I called. I was freaking out because my garage door wouldn't move. They scheduled an appointment for that day. The two men who arrived were very pleasant. They gave me a couple options on what they could do to fix it. I told them what I wanted and within about an hour my garage door was working again! I am quite happy with the outcome and would call them again.

On Tuesday morning I found that one of the springs on my garage door had broken. After a quick Google search, I found your web site. After making one phone call I had an appointment for that afternoon. Prior to the tech arriving on time. I received a text with a picture of the tech Cody Schaefer and a nice message about him. Cody was very professional and personal. He quickly went to work and before I knew it the door was working better than ever. The customer service I received was second to none.

I’m so happy with the quick response to my request for service. The Technician, Javen, was so knowledgeable, polite and honest. He solved the mystery problem that the Push Button on the Wall Mount Opener was broken unfortunately they do not carry the unit I needed but he told me what I needed to purchase and he could return and install. Since Jalen couldn’t provide what I needed he left me being able to open the garage door using only my remote control. He did not charge me anything for the service call because he only diagnosed the problem. I was so overwhelmed with his honesty that I cried. Please call this company when you need assistance. You can trust them to provide Honesty & Excellent Service! A Big Thank You Jalen! I will always contact this company whenever I need my garage door repaired.

I initially schedules a repair appointment, the tech was very helpful & explained why the doors were in poor condition. He gave me an estimate for a replacement of the doors & openers. They were able to come within a couple of days, and the new doors are great!

I called and was expecting to have a two week wait. I only had a TWO HOUR WAIT! Isiah came right out same afternoon, gave me my garage door opener options and then showed me another 10 things that needed repaired that the home inspection missed when we bought the house two months ago. Josh was awesome, not only was he on time but actually 15 mins early. He was at my house in less than 12 hours from me calling them late at night (10:30PM). He had me all fixed within a short amount of time and explained the different replacement options. He was real honest and not trying to upsell me parts that “could” use replacement. Problem was fixed and he was in his way.

Joey was polite, professional, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed promptly. He offered several solutions and represented your company well. Before he left I forgot to ask for a copy of the repairs preformed and a copy of the Warrenty. He may have intended to e mail them to me with the receipt. However, if you could forward them to me I would appreciate it. I don’t know your business and think the service was excellent but the price seemed high to me. Thanks.
