My garage door was acting up, the opener kept reversing and stopping halfway. I called Precision, the technician showed up in about an hour. He replaced the springs and rollers and was done within about two hours. The technician, Taylor Allen was friendly and polite. While I hope I don't need garage door service again, I'll call Precision if I do.

I contacted Precision because I saw your ad on a commercial. George S came out to the property I am going to rent out - The garage door opener was beeping and indicated the battery needed to be changed, the remote controls needed to be reprogrammed and the lights were not working. He was great (5)! He changed the battery, reprogrammed the remotes and He did everything He could to get the lights to work they wouldn't so I we talked about some alternate options because the opener otherwise works fine. The services done and provided by Zach who installed a fully functioning garage door operating system was very well done. I also enjoyed talking with him during the operation. Although I would have appreciated a call from him letting me know he'd be a bit late returning to my house, he apologized since the other job he had ran into difficulties. I was also very happy that he allowed me a Veteran's discount. He's a fine worker.
