I have been hurt and disappointed by all other garage door repair companies that have told me No, we do not touch DIY installed garage doors. I called Precision Doors and they told me Josh would be over in 2 hours to replace the worn out parts on a garage door installed 30 years ago DIY by myself. Josh inspected the door and showed us parts they have, original and Precision Door parts which are stronger and built to last a long time which is what we chose. Josh worked efficiently to remove the old and worn out parts and replace them with new ones in upper 90 heat index weather.. How does the repaired garage door work : quiet and smooth as butter. I called at 4:30 on a Friday with an emergency and was treated well by the lady who answered. I was not expecting anyone to be able to come out for several days but it was scheduled for the very next day!(Saturday). Isaiah Gibbs was the technician who called to say he was on his way at 7:40 am. I couldn’t believe how quick the response time was! Isaiah assessed the problem, explained how it could be fixed and gave me a quote. He was friendly and courteous and when the job was completed he reviewed the work that was done with me. Highly recommend!

I am very satisfied with your service for today’s visit. Isaiah was very prompt and helpful and very outgoing. I was disappointed to find out that when my garage door was installed in January that the guys used an old screw. The garage door came loose from the bracket because the old screw had snapped off. That should not have happened. Thank goodness for Isaiah fixing my garage door!!

First time I used Precision Door Service. I backed into our oversize 16' door yesterday evening before it was totally elevated. Knocked a couple of rollers out of their tracks, and bent the bottom panel rendering the door inoperable. Called Precision at 6:30am, tech (Brent S) arrived by 11:00am, and had the door back in working condition in less than an hour. The door functions better now than before I damaged it! Service call might be considered a little pricey, but I am fully satisfied with their work and consider it well worth the money. Technician was very polite and took time to explain what he was doing. Their service is as good as it gets. More importantly, I trust them.

My technician gave me options, but did use a lot oil and my floor is covered in it. There are dirty finger printson my door, so he didn't clean up afterwards. But the new spring works great
