I had an excellent experience with Isaiah, the service technician who came out to look at my garage door. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of my time and home. He took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, clearly explain what was going on, and walk me through my options without any pressure. What really stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to answer all of my questions. He made sure I fully understood the problem and the recommended solution, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. It’s not often you come across someone who combines technical expertise with such great customer service. Isaiah went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe and functioning properly before he left. I truly appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and dedication to doing the job right. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing garage door service’

I found Precision Garage Door on the local business page on line. My decision came down to locally owned. Joey arrived at the time they told me. He was very professional and talked me through all of my options in layman terms never talking over my head. There was no pressure for any of the services. After we settled on a plan he got to work and was finished within a half hour. He made sure all of the remotes and the wall unit worked before he left. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.

My garage door wouldn’t open and I figured it was a problem with my remote. I called Precision Garage Door Service and the representative was polite and scheduled me to be seen that day. I received a text ahead of time with the name and picture of the technician so I would recognize him, and he called to say when he would arrive. When Josh showed up he was very polite and quickly diagnosed the problem, taking the time to explain everything he saw. He walked me through all of my options for repairs including pros and cons, gave me his recommendations and then let me decide without any pressure whatsoever. After I made my choices he immediately started work, and was done quickly considering the scope of the job. I’m pleased with the result and his professionalism.

While looking to get a new garage door we came across their webpage. They do free estimates which was a plus. At that point in time we had only looked at Home Depot. After speaking with Jared (who was very friendly, informative, and not pushy, then also telling my husband before he came we are NOT getting a garage door today) we got a garage door. The pricing was actually cheaper that Home Depot and the warranty included more. They so far have been very easy to work with and look forward to getting everything done!

Great work, got a repairman out here within a couple of hours of notice my torsion spring had broken! He was able to fix it and upgrade all moving parts. Before my door sounded like a cat screeching in a back alley every time I opened or closed it, now it's whisper quiet!
