He was very professional and talked me through all of my options in layman terms never talking over my head. There was no pressure for any of the services. My garage door wouldn’t open and I figured it was a problem with my remote. I called Precision Garage Door Service and the representative was polite and scheduled me to be seen that day. I received a text ahead of time with the name and picture of the technician so I would recognize him, and he called to say when he would arrive. When Josh showed up he was very polite and quickly diagnosed the problem, taking the time to explain everything he saw. He walked me through all of my options for repairs including pros and cons, gave me his recommendations and then let me decide without any pressure whatsoever. While looking to get a new garage door we came across their webpage. They do free estimates which was a plus. At that point in time we had only looked at Home Depot. After speaking with Jared (who was very friendly, informative, and not pushy, then also telling my husband before he came we are NOT getting a garage door today) we got a garage door. The pricing was actually cheaper that Home Depot and the warranty included more. They so far have been very easy to work with and look forward to getting everything done!
