I see their commercials on TV every day. But I was surprised to be able to make a call in the morning and have a tech team arrive about 1:00 the same day. Joey was friendly, professional, and detailed in his assessment of what was needed to solve my garage door opening issues and preserve long-term functionality. A new opener, 2 springs, and new torsion cables were installed, along with a new key pad and 2 car remotes. Everything needed was in their truck. Joey and his partner accomplished the work in about 3 hours. I highly recommend Precision.

A broken spring resulted in a broken garage door after 5 pm on 24 May. I tried one repair company and they were closed until after the Memorial Day weekend. That meant I was stuck at home until sometime Tuesday. On Saturday morning, I tried Precision Door Service and was able to schedule a repair for later that day. The technician phoned ahead when he was on his way. He arrived and went to work immediately to fix the problem. He was friendly, polite and explained everything he was doing.
