Kevin O'hara provided a great, and fast, repair on our garage door. Replaced springs, spring rods, rollers, some roller brackets, and many other related parts to overhaul. Keven was super nice and professional. Would use Precision Door again and would recommend to others.

I called Precision after having a not so great experience elsewhere. The technician, Tyler L, arrived and quickly identified the issue with my garage door. He wrote up multiple estimates and made sure to explain everything thoroughly without once making me feel pressured to choose something I truly didn't need. Once I decided, he installed everything extremely quickly, providing quality work and quality products. I'm so happy with the results and would recommend this company to everyone!

A broken spring resulted in a broken garage door after 5 pm on 24 May. I tried one repair company and they were closed until after the Memorial Day weekend. That meant I was stuck at home until sometime Tuesday. On Saturday morning, I tried Precision Door Service and was able to schedule a repair for later that day. The technician phoned ahead when he was on his way. He arrived and went to work immediately to fix the problem. He was friendly, polite and explained everything he was doing. Garage door was repaired and working again - hooray!

Saw ad on google search looking for a garage door repair read reviews and made decision. I’ve had no experience with this type of business before and was very pleased with my experience from beginning to end. I was told when technician would arrive and he was on time as scheduled. I was very impressed with Brent who assessed my old garage door opener and then went through each item with me. The major problem could not be repaired and I had to purchase a new one. He explained all my 4 choices in detail. He was very knowledgeable, personable,, kind and had it installed and cleaned up in about 1 1/2 hours. They repairman automatically tried to sell me an $1800 repair without trying anything else. I found another company who repaired it in 5 minutes. I did get an estimate on doing the same work provision quoted. The quote was less than half of provisions price. Precision is a Total rip off company

We bought both doors and openers from them. We were impressed with their work and communication and excellent customer service then. The one door starting acting up. I called on a Friday and they were out on Saturday. The tech Travis called and actually was early, a great change from some other service companies. He was friendly and courteous explained what he did and how to maintain the doors. I have recommended them to others and will continue to.
