I’ve had no experience with this type of business before and was very pleased with my experience from beginning to end. I was told when technician would arrive and he was on time as scheduled. Brian was very polite and friendly explained my repair options did the repair and made sure we were completely happy with the repair. I would recommend this company and would call again if repairs or replacement is ever needed.

I was very impressed with Brent who assessed my old garage door opener and then went through each item with me. The major problem could not be repaired and I had to purchase a new one. He explained all my 4 choices in detail. He was very knowledgeable, personable,, kind and had it installed and cleaned up in about 1 1/2 hours. They repairman automatically tried to sell me an $1800 repair without trying anything else. I found another company who repaired it in 5 minutes. I did get an estimate on doing the same work provision quoted. The quote was less than half of provisions price. Precision is a Total rip off company

We bought both doors and openers from them. We were impressed with their work and communication and excellent customer service then. The one door starting acting up. I called on a Friday and they were out on Saturday. The tech Travis called and actually was early, a great change from some other service companies. He was friendly and courteous explained what he did and how to maintain the doors. I have recommended them to others and will continue to.

Kevin O. arrived at our home to replace our broken garage door spring. He is very friendly, courteous and professional. After inspecting our garage door (21 year old builder grade) we decided to purchase a new, insulated garage door and opener. Kevin temporarily replaced our broken spring so we can use our garage door and is scheduled to install our new door on Monday.

Had a broken cable on one side. Allen showed up at the beginning of the 2 hour window and assessed the problem. In which case he installed a lot heavier cable and drum to insure no future problems. I am very pleased with the fact that he didn't try to make it seem worse and try to sell me stuff I didn't need. He explained everything in detail during installation, and performed a great service. Which in this day and age is not very common. I would definitely recommend Precision based on my experience with them to everyone. Glad I found their internet add, and if I ever have another problem, I will call these guys hands down.
