Very thorough in assessing the repair needed. Gave multiple estimates from simply fixing what was broken to a complete service on the door. Explained everything in easy to understand terms. I see their commercials on TV every day. But I was surprised to be able to make a call in the morning and have a tech team arrive about 1:00 the same day. Joey was friendly, professional, and detailed in his assessment of what was needed to solve my garage door opening issues and preserve long-term functionality. A new opener, 2 springs, and new torsion cables were installed, along with a new key pad and 2 car remotes. Everything needed was in their truck. Joey and his partner accomplished the work in about 3 hours. I highly recommend Precision.

Alex is fantastic. Quickly assessed and identified the correct problem. Alex recommended not only what I had to have versus what we needed for longevity. In comparison of part prices I found. Precision to be roughly on par with retail cost of similar items. While not the cheapest, the value is there when combined with the 8 year warranty. With this information I opted for the complete package to bring my door to like new condition. Alex was efficient in his work and provided superior customer experience. Well done young man.
