Joey was super! Called in for a broken spring. Came same day. I ended up getting cables, springs, pulleys, and rollers. My garage door was 10 years old and is basically the same as the ”front door”, so its used a lot!! Joey showed me every part that was recommended and why, no pressure and let me decide. Preventative maintenance is the best maintenance! Money well spent and now I know I’m covered for the next 8 years!! Will use again!!

He called 30 minutes before arriving, thoroughly reviewed the door, checked for any other issues, and provided a clear quote before starting the work. Awesome same day service! Reached out with an online inquiry at 2PM to see about servicing my broken garage door spring and shortly thereafter I had Alex the technician arrive at my home at 3:15PM. Alex replaced both springs and was done by 4PM. I will definitely keep Precision garage door service in mind for any of my garage door needs moving forward.

I have had friends that have used Precision before and have been very satisfied with their service. After a garage door emergency occurred late last evening I called. The gentleman that answered was very polite and listened to my trouble. He scheduled Alex out to my house between 10 & 2 today and received a call when he was on the way. Alex was very detailed when explaining what caused the situation and what needed to be completed to fix it properly....and with no pressure. I would definitely recommend Precision to all of my family and friends. Thank you

My name is Jimmy Brown. I rate my experience at 5 stars. My door had a broken spring & i wanted to use Precision Door, based off of reviews & my own research. The tech.,Alex Henderson arrived & assessed my problem. He then inspected my door & told me the condition of the rest of the parts. My door is the original, 24 years old including the hardware. He said he would give me an estimate to replace the old parts. There was no pressure at all for me to replace them. He said it was up to me what i wanted replaced. I chose to have them replaced. Everything was expertly installed & adjusted, including explanation of what was done. I highly recommend this young man & Precision Door for your garage door needs!

Due to the crazy thunderstorms that we've had this week, I didn't realize that my garage door would be affected. So, I called to make an appointment explaining the situation. Will Abbott was the technician that came out to service my door. I gave him a brief description of the problem. He explained how he could fix it and also other things that I could replace at that time. He was very polite and friendly. I felt bad asking him so many questions that I didn't know. But he didn't mind explaining them to me. I learnt a lot today about my garage door opener, that wasn't disclosed when I purchased it.

We have used Precision several times over the past few years and the service is just wonderful. We had an issue with our opener a couple of days ago. It is about 15 years old and we were concerned that we would have to replace it. Kevin came out and after making a few adjustments and replacing the rollers, it is just great. The door going up and down is also much quieter! We checked with Kevin on their new openers, so when it finally comes time to buy another one, we will definitely be contacting Precision!

I have used Precision before, and thought time to check and service my garage door system. I called and was able to have Tyler come out and do checks on my system. Tyler came out, we met, we together looked at the door system and he outlined what all he would be doing. He was terrific in explaining and pointing out his plan. I was very aggravated with them. I called and asked them for a ballpark price on a 7 ft by 16 ft garage door. I asked for the least expensive door installed was and was told about $1,450. So I made an appointment for them to come and look at the door and give me the final price. They gave me a 4-Hour window which they showed up 30 minutes late for. Then the salesman went on to tell me that the door was going to be 2,800 not the 1450. When I asked him why it was so much more he told me that the people answering the phones don't really know what's going on. So I called another Door Company, they told me about $1,500 and when they came out to look at it, it was $1,500! What a crazy concept! Doing what you say! Precision door company wasted my time, they're overpriced and don't seem to know what they are doing. My suggestion is don't deal with them.
