Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door! Joey, our technician, and his assistant, Quintin, were both professional and courteous when they came to service my broken garage door system. They arrived within their expected time window and called beforehand. Joey explained my options after inspecting the unit and he and his associate installed a new garage door system in a timely and professional manner. He even programmed our cars to work with the new system. I highly recommend the friendly and helpful service we received from our technician, Joey, and his assistant. If I ever need to service my garage door in future, I will call Precision Garage Door.

Thank you to Precision for your prompt service. I called in distress due to an emergency with my larger garage door coming off of the track which has happened many times. It was time to replace the door. Not only did you arrive just a few short hours after my call, but I was able to get a new door installed the next morning. We had a spring break so we called and told the spring installed would be $259. As soon a the technician was here he tried to sell us everything under the sun. When we didn't buy anything else he told us the spring would be $389 with no warranty because we didn't buy any other parts. When I said the price wasn't what we were told be said that's because the call center doesn't know the price. Here's a thought.... then the call center shouldn't give out pricing! He offered a one year warranty on the spring. After he left and sent us the warranty info, the warranty was for labor only!!!

I am only adding a 3 star because the cost was so ridiculous. I paid 1800 dollars for the list listed below. The guy who came to fix the door was very good and professional and did the work within an hour. They knew I needed the door fixed so fell like they up charged everything. I see their commercials on TV every day. But I was surprised to be able to make a call in the morning and have a tech team arrive about 1:00 the same day. Joey was friendly, professional, and detailed in his assessment of what was needed to solve my garage door opening issues and preserve long-term functionality. A new opener, 2 springs, and new torsion cables were installed, along with a new key pad and 2 car remotes. Everything needed was in their truck. Joey and his partner accomplished the work in about 3 hours. I highly recommend Precision.
