Felt pressured to get a unncessary things with garage instead addressing only the spring issue. Also when I said let's only do spring only the service tech. was moving fast did not take his time.

My spring broke one afternoon so I booked online and got an 8:00 AM appointment for the next day. Joey and Cody did an excellent job. They showed up on-time and were very friendly. They fully explained the repair and service options. They were knowledgeable about the system, and explained what they were replacing and why, without trying to scare me into buying a more expensive option. They were also very careful to ensure that my car that was trapped in the garage would not be damaged. Would recommend this company.

Scheduling was incredibly easy through the online system, and I received a phone call when the technician was on his way, which I really appreciated. My technician, Cody S., was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough throughout the entire visit. He took the time to carefully evaluate my garage door, explain his findings, and walk me through his recommendations along with the reasoning behind each one. He presented several repair options, ranging from a complete overhaul to simply replacing the broken spring, which was the original reason for my service call. At no point did I feel pressured to choose the more expensive option. He simply explained the pros and cons of each approach and let me decide what was best for my situation. The repair was completed quickly and professionally. Afterward, Cody reviewed everything that had been done and even shared a few DIY maintenance tips to help extend the life of my garage door. Overall, it was an excellent service experience, and I would definitely recommend both Cody and the company.

Got home the other day and the garage door would only go up one foot. I discovered that one of the springs had broken. Precision Door had installed the door in 2013. That's good quality lasting 13 years. They dispatched a fine talented young man by the name of Taylor. A true Craftsman. He replaced the springs the cables and the bearing all coming with an eight year warranty. At 64 years old I hope to not see Taylor again for 13 years

We had used Precision a number of years ago for repair. The price quoted over telephone was $799.00. Technician charged $886.00 and stated that the call center people didn’t know the prices. Very disappointed in the deception. . We are retired and on a fixed income and the amount she quoted was what I transferred into checking.

Service Team Member: Quentin 9:00 this morning - wife has an appointment at 1:00 and the garage door won’t open. I went out and looked - spring is broken. Set up an appointment with Precision for 1000-1200 SAME DAY. Immediate email confirmation, text follows with my service guy Quentin’s picture. 10:45 - Quentin arrives. Gives me an estimate - garage door fixed by 11:45. He even took the time to figure out my control board is bad on the opener and needs replaced - which is why my Tesla won’t connect to the opener even though it otherwise works. Amazing service response. Could not be happier. Quentin was prompt, courteous, professional. Precision and Quentin did EVERYTHING exactly how I want a service provider to do it. 5 stars - highly recommend - I’m a repeat customer, too.

Precision makes it easy to place an appointment online. I had an issue with my garage door around 8PM and was able to make an appointment for the morning. My technician was Taylor and he let me know he was on the way. Showed up and kindly walked me thru different options to fix the door. After we decided what to do, he did the job quickly and efficiently. Taylor went thru everything he did to fix the issue and showed me everything was working well. He was very polite and a hardworker. Great Technician and very easy to work with the company with placing appointments and getting receipts.

Will Abbott was a great tech, prompt and reasonable. Called before noon on a Saturday, was here a little after 330pm and done at 515pm. Springs, rollers, and cables replaced. Under $800, to get it back to a fully functional level. Again, wonderful tech, prompt and nice. I’d imagine about as fast a fix as you will get.
