I called Precision late Thursday afternoon and spoke to a very friendly and efficient young lady who scheduled an appointment for noon - 4 o’clock on Friday. Joey showed up promptly at noon with a boatload of knowledge, all the parts he needed, and a big smile. He offered to replace only the springs, but showed us where when the previous homeowner replaced the garage door with a high quality door, the installer used substandard rollers, cables, etc. I’m glad he did. Since this will likely be our last home, we asked him to replace them all. Joey is an absolute asset to the company and a delight to deal with. I cannot recommend him or Precision Garage Door Service more highly.

Alex came in clutch for us on Christmas Eve! Called ahead to let me know he was 15 minutes out, text came through with his picture and bio, showed up on time, communicated spring replacement options thoroughly, and then knocked the job out in 20 minutes. Couldn’t be happier with Alex and Precision for getting this taken care of on Christmas Eve. Highly recommend!

Joey Albers was the tech assigned to my service call. Broken spring and frayed cables, rollers etc. It was an unexpected incident. My call was taken quickly and promptly assigned to a tech. The expected time was between 2 and 4 on a Friday afternoon. Joey called at 2 pm and arrived at 2:30. He got to right to work. He explained everything and I agreed to fix everything he suggested. I’m sure I could have had it done for less expense but he was here and I wasn’t in the mood to shop around for a better deal. Joey was great he offered a less expensive option and I was given a discount with an 8 year warranty. The work was completed in about an hour and I was able to get on with my day.

Precision Associates are very professional. When I tell neighbors that, "Once you have a Precision Garage Door installed, a technician will come out from the company and do reoutine lubrication and adjustments as long s you have the door,"---the neighbors are impressed. They usually say, "My garage door installers don't do that for us."

I appreciate the quick service and repair although it was more costly than anticipated. The tech Alex Henderson arrived within an hour after I called. The company who installed the door couldn’t repair until Tuesday. We couldn’t have waited that long as Alex pointed out that not only had the spring broken but the cables to balance the door had snapped, the bar connecting the door to the opener was bent and a support bracket had been bent and pulled out of the wall. The double door had been installed with only 1 spring rather than the normal 2 springs to carry the load. No wonder it snapped! We are happy with the quick response and repair. If you use this company be prepared to pay with a check or cash. They discourage use of a credit card because of the 3% vendors fee.

Alex repaired the springs on our garage door. My experience from making my appointment to the finished repair went flawlessly. Alex was knowledgeable, efficient, and did not even seem to mind me asking questions while I watched him work. He explained the difference between the choices of springs and rollers. He examined the door and all its parts and even lubricated all working parts when he had completed the work. I am very happy I chose Precision Doors to do our repairs. First let me say that we have lived in our home for almost 22 years. Precision has been out to our home three times in those 22 years. Each time they give us great information and a no pressure recommendation for the repair. First time one spring went out on our garage door, and it was suggested we get both changed out. We just had the one replaced. Four years later the other one went out and had it replaced. 8 years later the first spring went again. It was suggested we have an overhaul of the whole system. Based on what was shown to us we went ahead and had the whole thing updated. It was done quickly, and I never felt pressured to do more than the bare minimum. But our experience with this company helped us feel that their recommendation was in our best interest.
