I called Precision Door yesterday to make an appointment for getting my door opener keypad reprogrammed. I called in the middle of the afternoon, and a technician came before the afternoon was over! I have a 3-door garage, with the motor boxes 25+ years old. Given the age of the system, our technician Josh was puzzled a bit in trying to synch the keypad with each of the 3 motors on command. With some diligence in his research, he eventually managed to get the keypad and motors re-programmed and functioning properly before he left. We were grateful for his efforts. I am a repeat repeat customer, and I will call Precision Door again in the future should the need arise. They are timely, skilled, and professional in their work. I couldn't ask for more.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Ron Yordy at Precision Garage Door Service! After our garage door cables broke, we easily scheduled a next-day appointment online and received excellent communication throughout the process. Ron was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. He thoroughly explained the problem, presented several repair options at different price points, and completed the work efficiently. He took the time to walk us through the repairs and explain exactly what he had done. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer service really stood out. I've gone with Precision Door Service multiple times now in different houses - and there are reasons for that. The techs (Mikah was awesome!) are always on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and have always offered multiple solutions to the issues I've had. They get the work done perfectly and efficiently. On top of that, they've just been good dudes. I'm a firm believer in the idea of finding a service provider who can do what you need when you need it and sticking with them. So, unless something changes, I have no reason to go with any other garage door service.

My garage door spring was broken. Mikah was on time and completed my service quickly and efficiently. He did not have record of me being a customer even though I told him Precision did work 10+ years ago. That was before the digital era! I found my receipt from 2011 that said "Lifetime warranty on parts"! He replaced the spring and it was covered under warranty! Thank you Precision for honoring a piece of paper 15 years old! I appreciate companies that stand behind their products and customer service means something. 5 stars from an old and new customer!

We got the best technician. Josh arrived at 8:05am, and by 9:20am he had already finished the installation, cleaned up the entire area, and explained how our new garage door opener works. He was very friendly and patient with all our questions. The service was 10/10.

Great service! Called first thing in the morning and they were able to come out that afternoon. They showed up about 15 minutes early (texted first to make sure that was ok) which was great. Clearly showed and explained what they were going to do and finished the work promptly. Highly recommend.

If you call Precision Garage Door Repair, you will be doing business, not with a local repair shop, but rather with a nationwide marketing company. A marketing company that farms out service calls to an assortment of technicians of varied integrity. I have had two very different experiences with this company. The first one two years ago was positive. My garage door spring was broken. The tech (Brent) was very good. He explained what needed to be done and quoted a cost for labor and parts which I thought was a fair price. The second time (today), my garage door opener failed and I need to replace the opener motor. The Precision tech proceeded to upsell me as hard as he could, finally quoting a price of $1,100 (plus tax) and an install labor time of two hours to install his lowest cost one car door opener. I contacted a truly local one-man repair shop. He told me it would take him just one hour to install a new opener and quoted me a flat rate of $535 including tax with an appointment to install the new unit this very evening. Even after paying Precision $112 for their "service call" I am saving over $400 by refusing to do business with them. I recommend you do the same. Many other reviewers have had the exact same experience. I wish I would have checked them out before I wasted $112. An expensive lesson learned.

Joey exceeded expectations! He could’ve very easily sold us an expensive new garage door, but made a great recommendation to reinforce our existing one and install 2 new springs. Our garage door was about 20 years old, with some parts out of code and the rest old and noisy. Neighbors recommended Precision saying everything was done very well, and even if it cost just a little bit more....it was worth it! Called and got an appointment the next day. Appreciated communications with office updating me on technician's approaching arrival. Photo and a little personal info on "Quentin" made us feel secure when he arrived. Thoughtfully evaluated existing system, suggested options, explaining benefits without hard sell push. We agreed motor should be replaced which gave us new turn on buttons, outdoor pad, safety "eyes" on walls, interior light and remote. Quentin worked quickly, quietly, and cleanly. We double checked every system with him and he explained pad programming and other switches understandably while demonstrating how to use them. Our door now runs smoothly with proper tension after getting two new springs to replace our one old one. No brainer to give five stars!!

My spring broke one afternoon so I booked online and got an 8:00 AM appointment for the next day. Joey and Cody did an excellent job. They showed up on-time and were very friendly. They fully explained the repair and service options. They were knowledgeable about the system, and explained what they were replacing and why, without trying to scare me into buying a more expensive option. They were also very careful to ensure that my car that was trapped in the garage would not be damaged. Would recommend this company.

Scheduling was incredibly easy through the online system, and I received a phone call when the technician was on his way, which I really appreciated. My technician, Cody S., was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough throughout the entire visit. He took the time to carefully evaluate my garage door, explain his findings, and walk me through his recommendations along with the reasoning behind each one. He presented several repair options, ranging from a complete overhaul to simply replacing the broken spring, which was the original reason for my service call.
