My spring had busted at 7am and by Noon the tech Isaiah had arrived and began assessing the situation. Within 15 minutes he had multiple plans drawn up depending on budget and how I wanted to proceed. We end up get everything but the door replaced with Premium materials and a new Garage door Opener. All of this was explained in great detail with knowledge of how fortunate I was that my entire system did not fail until this morning. (Over 20 years.) Isaiah was not pushy or attempting to sell me more than I would need and made me feel very comfortable with the upgrades and purchase I made. I highly recommend the company and particularly Isaiah for not only doing this job professionaly and within a good time frame, but not trying to rush anything with a snow storm happening currently.

Isaiah, from Precision Garage Door is a real pro! I called when our door broke and Isaiah was here within the hour. He spotted the problem the minute he saw the door! He still make a complete assessment of the issue and offered 3 fixes. He could fix it , but we might have problems later since the system was 7 years old. He also, gave an estimate to fix all the potential problems the door could pose in the next year or two. I chose to take the better fix. WOW am I glad we did. The door operate better and is quieter than it has even been since new. It even looks better! Isaiah gets five gold stars for his professionalism and demeanor! He is really good and likable!
