Isaiah, from Precision Garage Door is a real pro! I called when our door broke and Isaiah was here within the hour. He spotted the problem the minute he saw the door! He still make a complete assessment of the issue and offered 3 fixes. He could fix it , but we might have problems later since the system was 7 years old. He also, gave an estimate to fix all the potential problems the door could pose in the next year or two. I chose to take the better fix. WOW am I glad we did. The door operate better and is quieter than it has even been since new. It even looks better! Isaiah gets five gold stars for his professionalism and demeanor! He is really good and likable! Called and explained that my Genie keypad, that they installed, never worked right and needed to be looked at, they sent over someone that day. Isaiah- He was a pleasure to work with, very polite, a good listener and came to conclusion my keypad was defected and replaced it right then. I have used Precision since 2017. I have been pleased; beginning with the initial phone call to request service. I love the same day service as well as expertise of the technicians. Isaiah was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all my questions and gave me a few times regarding maintenance of my garage door. Our spring broke on a Sunday and we looked online for repair servicees with high customer satisfaction ratings. We chose Precision and are glad we did. Isaiah showed up early in the window of appointment times, introduced himself and explained what components of the garage door system he would be inspecting. A short time later, he had a proposed estimate which included several parts in addition to the spring. He showed me the wear of these parts and recommended replacement-he was not pushy but explained that with worn parts, we could expect further complications down the road. I agreed to replace some hinges and rollers and drums. He said he would complete the work in no more than 90 minutes. He completed the repairs in about 45 minutes and demonstrated how they check themselves for the thoroughness of the repair. The garage door operates smoother and quieter than it ever has (even when the new door was first installed). I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing garage door services.
