Isaiah grew up on a horse farm in Indiana but now resides in Fairborn, OH. He is an avid outdoorsman, animal lover and enjoys riding his motorcycle. I had an excellent experience with Isaiah, the service technician who came out to look at my garage door. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of my time and home. He took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, clearly explain what was going on, and walk me through my options without any pressure. What really stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to answer all of my questions. He made sure I fully understood the problem and the recommended solution, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. Grateful to have had Isaiah come to my house this morning. A professional who is VERY knowledgeable and has a positive personality. I just purchased my house and was having problems with my garage door opener. I didn't know if it was the opener or the garage door itself. Isaiah went over the reason that he was making some recommendations for needed repairs and maintenance to get more life out of my garage door. He reset my code box and set up my car to be able to communicate with my opener. This guy is the package for repairman, j I wish every repairman walked into my house looking to help with a long term plan. Not a great Monday morning when ya wake up to a broken garage door. Car trapped inside. However, scheduling Precision to come out and fix it was a great decision. No regrets. Isaiah was great and after about an hour and a half the garage was like new. New spring, some other parts and pieces, routine maintenance etc. Would recommend.

My main spring broke around 5:00 pm on a Thursday, I called Precision because I had used them before. They made an appointment for me the following morning at 9:00. Isaiah the service tech came and was the greatest guy ever! He was very knowledgeable and fixed my garage door in less than 2 hours and explained everything that he was going to do.
