Precision Door Service has a local (Warren County) phone number. Very knowledgeable, Jared saw the problem before I could tell him and he explained it clearly to me. We made an appointment for the company to return next week to install new equipment (provided I get approval from HOA). The problem has not yet been solved, but I am confident it will be next week. Very fine service.

I called Precision Door out to get a quote on repairing my garage door. I knew what the problem was so I looked up some online quotes to get a general idea on how much the fix would be. Everything I looked up was around $400. They sent out a tech and he quoted me over $800 to get it working and $1300 to fix it properly. I couldn’t afford that at the time so I just paid for the $75 for the quote. After he left I checked my bank account and he charged me $130. I have called them 3 times to get an answer on why I was charged more than the $75 but, each time they tell me the billing department will call me back. I have not received a call back yet. This is the 3rd time I’ve used Precision Door and have a positive experience on the first two. This 3rd time has not been a charm.

They quickly schedule an appointment to come look at my job and make their professional recommendations along with various options to keep what was still working and adding net new parts or what it would take to replace everything and go new for 2 doors and w garage openers etc. Aaron Osborn can the next day and did an incredible job with removing all of the old garage doors, springs, framework and motors and replaced everything in about six hours! thought the price of 850.00 to replace 2 springs was exorbitant. But I had to get the cars out of the garage so went ahead with the repair. Repair was fine, but was stunned by the price--will do more homework next time before agreeing.

After 21 years, the belt on the garage door opener gave out. A search on Google to find next day repairs led me to Precision. We were given an appointment window of 8-10. I received a text notifying me the technician was on his way at 7:55 am and he arrived at our home around 8:45 am. I explained to him that the garage door opener is old and we were wondering if it would be better to replace the whole thing rather than fix this problem and Jared explained the options. We ended up going with a new garage door opener and also had torsion springs and rollers replaced. Everything was done by 10:15 am and we're very happy with the service and feel the pricing was appropriate for what was completed. Thank you so much for taking care of us so quickly and efficiently.
