The response time was exceptional. I was able to make an appointment last night for 10am this morning. I received a text around 9:38 that told me Joey was on his way and he liked football, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family. A nice personal touch. Sure enough Joey arrived at 2 minutes before 10 and was completely professional. He explained all the different options, from the bare minimum to full replacement and explained the advantages and disadvantages to each one, which helped me decide the best option. Yes parts are expensive, just like everything else has skyrocketed in the past 5 years. Financing was available. He thanked me twice for the bottle of water I offered, and even asked if I minded if he wore his headphones while working. He was finished in about an hour, and reviewed everything he installed and activated the warranty. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism. I have looked at other reviews and he's right, the only complaint I could find was about cost of parts. Nice Job!

Joey A was very professional, explained in detail the work that needed to be done to resolve our garage door issue, and had completed the necessary work in a timely fashion with his peer in training. I would definitely recommend Joey, he came through on the same day the service call was made and I was able to get my vehicle out of the garage and was able to run errands soon thereafter my garage door was fixed. I'm very pleased with the service provided.

Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door! Joey, our technician, and his assistant, Quintin, were both professional and courteous when they came to service my broken garage door system. They arrived within their expected time window and called beforehand. Joey explained my options after inspecting the unit and he and his associate installed a new garage door system in a timely and professional manner. He even programmed our cars to work with the new system. I highly recommend the friendly and helpful service we received from our technician, Joey, and his assistant. I see their commercials on TV every day. But I was surprised to be able to make a call in the morning and have a tech team arrive about 1:00 the same day. Joey was friendly, professional, and detailed in his assessment of what was needed to solve my garage door opening issues and preserve long-term functionality. A new opener, 2 springs, and new torsion cables were installed, along with a new key pad and 2 car remotes. Everything needed was in their truck. Joey and his partner accomplished the work in about 3 hours. I highly recommend Precision.

It was hard to get a call back much less service on a weekend, but Precision answered immediately and had Joey en route within the hour. I contacted Precision to help repair my garage door yesterday (10/27/25). I appreciate the tech coming out, but, unfortunately, expectations were not met as advertised by Precision, and the problem was not solved. The tech looked at the garage door but did not really attempt to fix anything, but rather made it seem like was impossible or too costly. Nice guy, though, but he didn't even check his toolbox to see if he could fix it, and he told me he didn't have the parts to fix it the same day, which is ironic since the Precision commercials made me think I chose the right company. However, he did try to upsell me on buying a new garage door and made it seem like my garage door couldn't be repaired, in addition to the repair being unreasonably expensive ($1,300) compared to the damage. It felt less like trying to fix my garage and more like replacing it with a new door, even though that wasn't necessary. Why so much for the repair? Because of this, I can't trust Precision and wouldn't recommend them to anyone needing garage door repairs. In the end, I paid $95 just for a Precision technician to come out, tell me how expensive the repair would be or to buy a new door, and make a half-hearted attempt at fixing the door. On top of that, he said there would be no warranty. This was very disappointing because I was excited to have Precision help with my garage door. I do not have a personal grudge, but just giving honest feedback/review. However, I contacted another well-known and reputable garage company the same day after the Precision tech left my house (AE Door & Window), and guess what? The technician from AE had all the equipment needed on his truck and repaired the door at a fraction of the cost estimated by the Precision tech. I also have a 60-day warranty on the repair, and this technician didn't try to upsell me on a new garage door.

Joey was polite, professional, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed promptly. He offered several solutions and represented your company well. Before he left I forgot to ask for a copy of the repairs preformed and a copy of the Warrenty. He may have intended to e mail them to me with the receipt. However, if you could forward them to me I would appreciate it. I don’t know your business and think the service was excellent but the price seemed high to me. Thanks.
