I have an older garage door and several of the parts were wearing out. My technician Joey Albers was prompt, knowledgeable and very friendly. No high pressure sales tactics, just explained what I needed. Joey was able to replace all of the worn out parts quickly and the door works great now.

Joey did a great job explaining what the problem was and what needed to be fixed. He also convinced me to go with the more expensive solution. I am very happy with his attitude, quality of work and speed. You could improve your quality of customer experience by asking the customer if they have the emergency key lock installed on their door and that if so, the tech can raise the door and gain entry to service it. I knocked out a garage window and gave the dimensions to make sure a tech could fit through it. Joey saw that I had installed the emergency lock, had pulled it, and all he had to do was pull it up manually. I have to spend $250 on a new window un necessarily. That I’m not happy about. No reflection on Joey, pbut your customer service call questions should include this.

My spring broke one afternoon so I booked online and got an 8:00 AM appointment for the next day. Joey and Cody did an excellent job. They showed up on-time and were very friendly. I contacted Precision due to problem with garage door. They scheduled same day appointment and arrived within the time window promised. Joey Albers was Technician and performed diagnosis of issue and was able to complete repair in 1.5 hours. This included installing new springs, garage opener, inside & outside control panels, and sensors. In addition, assisted in setting up myQ on phone and programming Homelink in car. Exceeded my expectations and Joey did phenomenal work; absolutely Customer Focused associate and company. I'll be reaching out in the near future to have my 2nd garage door for the same service.

The response time was exceptional. I was able to make an appointment last night for 10am this morning. I received a text around 9:38 that told me Joey was on his way and he liked football, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family. A nice personal touch. Sure enough Joey arrived at 2 minutes before 10 and was completely professional. He explained all the different options, from the bare minimum to full replacement and explained the advantages and disadvantages to each one, which helped me decide the best option. Yes parts are expensive, just like everything else has skyrocketed in the past 5 years. Financing was available. He thanked me twice for the bottle of water I offered, and even asked if I minded if he wore his headphones while working. He was finished in about an hour, and reviewed everything he installed and activated the warranty. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism. I have looked at other reviews and he's right, the only complaint I could find was about cost of parts. Nice Job!
