I chose Precision because they serviced my area, advertised a quick response and they answered the phone rather than making me go through an automated system. The person who answers the phone is very friendly and helpful. The technician, Cody Schaefer, was knowledgeable, friendly and explained things thoroughly.

I had an outstanding experience with Cody from Precision Garage Door Service. While I wasn't expecting to purchase a brand-new garage door, Cody's professionalism, knowledge, and patience immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and helped calm my anxiety throughout the process. What I appreciated most was that Cody listened to my needs and helped me choose a garage door that fit both my home and my personal budget without any pressure. His honesty, expertise, and excellent customer service made what I thought would be a stressful experience a very positive one. Thank you, Cody, for making this process so smooth. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and especially Cody for anyone looking for exceptional service and a trustworthy professional. Best wishes to you/family!

Thank you to Precision Garage Door for the quick service as they were here within 3 hours of my call for service. A pin had fell out from somewhere when I went to open my garage door today and I had no idea as to where it came from and therefore was afraid to try to close it. Called Precision and very pleased with the quick service. The Tech who was Joey, and his partner that arrived were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and he knew right away what the issue was. Very professional. I also had them to maintenance the door and grease everything while here. Very quick and I truly appreciate a company that is knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Joey.

We were unable to open our garage door due a broken spring and necessitated service. Although service could not be rendered the next day as it was a weekend, our technician Josh arrived early Monday morning and performed an excellent job. He described the problem in detail and offered various solutions to the problem. Josh answered all of our questions and was extremely professional and courteous. I would certainly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

My garage door spring broke unexpectedly, and they came out quickly to fix it. The technician Will was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. I was a little surprised by the price because it was higher than I expected, but the fast response, quality of the repair and the warranty made it worth it. The only downside was that I wasn't given any paperwork or emailed a receipt or invoice after the job was completed. Other than that, the service was great, and my garage door is working perfectly again.

I woke up to find that I had apparently locked a racoon in my garage overnight and he not only knocked everything in the garage off of benches and walls, he also chewed up the wiring on my garage door sensors. I found Precision when I googled repair services and was pleased to get connected to a live person pretty quickly. She was very pleasant and told me she would have someone out within a 4 hour windows. Shortly after getting a call from one service man "Will" help called to let me know he had just left my area to head south but assured me he'd be back in a few hours. Shortly after that I received a call from a different service man " Matt" who let me know he was going to come instead and would be here in 15 minutes. Everyone was professional and friendly and made me fill like my problem was important to them. Matt showed up right on time and was able to reuse my existing equipment and quickly repaired the sensor wiring and conducted a preventive maintenance and safety check on the springs and rollers etc. And left me a quote in case I wanted to update items in the future. Will certainly use Precision in the future, great people, great service, no hard sell tactics for things you may not need. Thanks again Matt!

I am very glad that I called Precision Door Service as soon as my old, old garage door opener failed. Actually, I didn't call — I scheduled a same-day appointment via their website. And, sure enough, right on time, Cody — their technician — came to our garage with a kind smile, a gracious handshake — and all the know-how and equipment to replace our old, old garage door opener on the spot. (First, he gave a good try to fix the old one, but it was not to be saved.) This was a high-value, high-confidence service call and I am very grateful.
