Great experience starting with a call. Technician Javen Moore was at my house about an hour or so after I called. He was very friendly but businesslike, very respectful, explained everything and completed the job in a very timely manner. It was a 5* plus experience.

Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door! Joey, our technician, and his assistant, Quintin, were both professional and courteous when they came to service my broken garage door system. They arrived within their expected time window and called beforehand. Joey explained my options after inspecting the unit and he and his associate installed a new garage door system in a timely and professional manner. He even programmed our cars to work with the new system. I highly recommend the friendly and helpful service we received from our technician, Joey, and his assistant. My main spring broke around 5:00 pm on a Thursday, I called Precision because I had used them before. They made an appointment for me the following morning at 9:00. Isaiah the service tech came and was the greatest guy ever! He was very knowledgeable and fixed my garage door in less than 2 hours and explained everything that he was going to do. The spring to our garage door broke. I called Precision Door after doing research on the internet. I was able to book an appointmnet the next day. The tech, Alex, showed up on time. he was very polite and knew what he was doing. He gave us a quote with diiferent options and explained each one.
