Your technician was prompt and came when expected. Looked at the garage door mechanics and told us exactly what was wrong and gave us an estimate of the cost. We agreed and he went about repairing the problem. I didn't realize it would cost so much but at least we got a senior discount and the garage door is repaired. Thank you

wonderful job!!! Called and Tyler was here within 30 minutes. So professional and nice. Spring was broken and was replaced along with torsion cable , roller and knock out bearing. All done in an hour. Will recommend your service.

Someone answered right away and was able to offer me an appointment in less than 12 hours. The technician, Travis, came out, gave me an honest opinion, the estimate, and was out the next afternoon to install the garage door. Super professional, swift worker, and a great product. I read comments from other companies and Precision and came to a decision to go with Precision for our new Garage door. The first visit from the company was a person by the name of Kevin. He knew right off what we needed. He went over everything with me and said he could be here Monday to install our new door. So we set up a time and date and he showed up right on time. After he was done installing the door and everything that goes with it, he cleaned up his mess and explained things that are important with the new door. Like how to lubricate it and how often to do it. He also explained the warranty of our new door and all parts related to it. In the end they gave me a military discount which was very nice of them. I called 5 other places about the replacement of our door and saw no better ratings than Precision. We have a life time warranty and after one year, if anything goes wrong they will replace at no cost of parts and just a simple $75.00 labor fee to have someone come and do the work. If you go someplace else you are making a big mistake. They are very fine people and very easy to deal with. Again I want to thank Kevin for all the good work he did on our garage door replacement.

I called at 9am and my Tech Matthew was at my house before 10am and new WiFi Opener (which I love) was installed and working by 10:45am. That’s what I call fast service. Matthew went over the opener and safety checks with me. This is my third time using these guys for one of my properties and they’ve not let me down yet.

As usual, my torsion spring sent no notice of its impending failure. You were recommended thru Angie's List. I called direct to your office and an appointment was arranged for the next morning. The technician (Adam) called ahead, right on time, to confirm his arrival time. Adam was pleasant, polite, and personable. He obviously knew his job well and began without delay. The old springs were removed and 2 new 2 x 250 x 32" springs were installed and the lift force adjusted. He was in and out in little more than 30 minutes. It would be a true delight if all service companies, and their personnel were as knowledgeable, efficient, and professional as Precision and, of course, Adam. Thanks!

Our spring broke on our garage door. My husband wanted fast service. We have items of value in our garage, so leaving the door up was not an option. My husband knew I would not be able to manually open and close the garage door. They had a tech at our home quickly.

Precision Door Service contacted me by text and phone to let me know they would arrive in a half hour. Service repairman, Jeff, arrived as stated. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the rollers greased the track and adjusted the tension. He did NOT try to have me purchase a new opener - in fact he stated that I had a good one. I felt that he was very honest and friendly. I will definitely contact them again if and when it is needed!
