Though I wasn't here to meet the service gentlemen , my wife was and said they were VERY nice and we sure appreciate the repairs they performed. It was VERY aggravating that the door died and had no movement for a few days.However when I returned from work today it worked fabulously as it had for 5 to 10 years previously. I will be passing my pleasure on to others and try to earn you other peoples business.Your company is as great as it was the last time we used you. Thanks again for all you did for us!

Service was quick and technician offer suggestions for remedy to my situation. Technician was very professional. However, I thought $45 for 1 cable was expensive. But it was cheaper than a new door
