We cannot say enough positive things about this company and the service technician who did the work on our garage doors. The one door had the coil & cables snap upon opening one evening, so we were completely unable to get the car out of the garage. We searched for best local garage door repair companies after the original installer did not provide a 24/7 service operation. Precision Door came up as highly rated and someone answered our call even though it was after regular work hours. Will was here at exactly 8:00 the next morning. He examined the broken coil, cables, and other aging hardware. His explanation of the issues was clear and he had necessary replacement parts on the truck. He was professional, respectful, frinedly, and worked efficiently to have the repair done within two hours. He showed us any damage to the existing hardware and did not try to sell us anything we did not need, assuring us that the motor unit running the door opener was well-made and in excellent condition. He took away all the scrap metal and made sure to leave the work area clean ... even wiping his fingerprints off the white door. He worked carefully around the car stuck in the garage. And, the price was very reasonable; we felt we were getting excellent repair for the cost. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and will now use them exclusively for any necessary servicing.

My name is Jimmy Brown. I rate my experience at 5 stars. My door had a broken spring & i wanted to use Precision Door, based off of reviews & my own research. The tech.,Alex Henderson arrived & assessed my problem. He then inspected my door & told me the condition of the rest of the parts. My door is the original, 24 years old including the hardware. He said he would give me an estimate to replace the old parts. There was no pressure at all for me to replace them. He said it was up to me what i wanted replaced. I chose to have them replaced. Everything was expertly installed & adjusted, including explanation of what was done. I highly recommend this young man & Precision Door for your garage door needs!

Due to the crazy thunderstorms that we've had this week, I didn't realize that my garage door would be affected. So, I called to make an appointment explaining the situation. Will Abbott was the technician that came out to service my door. I gave him a brief description of the problem. He explained how he could fix it and also other things that I could replace at that time. He was very polite and friendly. I felt bad asking him so many questions that I didn't know. But he didn't mind explaining them to me. I learnt a lot today about my garage door opener, that wasn't disclosed when I purchased it.

I came home from work on Monday night and the garage door would not open. Needless to say it was a problem that needed addressed quickly. So I went on the website and booked an appointment for Tuesday morning. Alex showed up right on time and showed me the problem and what needed to be done to have it fixed. He was very professional and I appreciated the way he explained it to me. We had a working Garage Door less than 24 hours later. I would highly recommend.

Isaiah from Precision Door Service was awesome! He replaced a great deal of my door and opener's hardware after a major system failure, and did a great job with all of it. We had a wild break in our garage door brackets and wheels on our new home. I had no idea what to do but Precision fixed the springs for the previous owner, so I figured I’d start there. Very fast communication with scheduling and Joey Albers came right out. He explained what was going on, checked the door for any more damage and gave us a very reasonable estimate. I thought I needed an expensive overhaul but Joey was able to replace all the brackets and the door is good as new! He was very informative; offered options and explained his work thoroughly. He will be our “go to” garage guy from here on out. Trustworthy, timeliness and knowledgeable!

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door service!!! My vehicle was stuck in the in the garage! This company responded with fast prompt service, which I so appreciated. Mr. Isaiah Gibbs showed up and saved the day!! He was knowledgeable but did not push, (which is very important to me) he gave me my options and let ME decide what was best for ME and MY budget, He took to task my needs and budget to get things fixed, we decided to go with a new door which is pretty reasonably priced and excited to have it installed this week. We have used Precision several times over the past few years and the service is just wonderful. We had an issue with our opener a couple of days ago. It is about 15 years old and we were concerned that we would have to replace it. Kevin came out and after making a few adjustments and replacing the rollers, it is just great. The door going up and down is also much quieter! We checked with Kevin on their new openers, so when it finally comes time to buy another one, we will definitely be contacting Precision!
