Alex was on time, efficient and very helpful. Helped me by programming 2 new remotes, he couldn't get a pad to be compatible, but the new remotes were needed. He installed new rollers and replaced and installed 2 new springs. I would call them again, 2nd time, different issues for my garage door.

This included installing new springs, garage opener, inside & outside control panels, and sensors. In addition, assisted in setting up myQ on phone and programming Homelink in car. Exceeded my expectations and Joey did phenomenal work; absolutely Customer Focused associate and company. I'll be reaching out in the near future to have my 2nd garage door for the same service.
