Isiah is an incredible technician who installed 2 Genie garage door openers at my home. He was courteous, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. The work was completed much faster than I expected and I got quality products at a reasonable price. I am glad I chose Precision Door Service and would hire them again for future work.

Will Abbott was my serviceman. I had a broken spring but garage door was operating rough and loud. He did a complete assessment , my door was 24 years old. He suggested and I agreed, replaced springs with heavy duty ones ,cables, rollers which were cracked, overhead support bar etc. no pressure but made sense . Very happy ,door operates like new, very smooth and quiet. Also nice warranty. also checked and adjusted my garage opener and advice on some simple maintenance. Answered all my questions. Good And friendly service is hard to find today. Excellent job Precision Door and Will Abbott. A+

My garage door spring broke on a Friday night as I was closing it for the night. In the morning I searched for companies that offered Saturday service. I found Precision offered quick service As well as weekend service. Precision was able to come out that same day. Joey was very professional gave me a number of options for my 20 year old door, never high pressure. I ended up having the spring, bearings, and cables replaced. Joey offered additional advice other maintenance items, but also indicated I could do them myself if I wished. Joey even gave me pointers on the DIY items I chose. Very professional, would recommend

Precision Door Service stepped up bigtime. Situation: main spring broke on door and was unable to function at all impacting our daily coming and going. Called multiple companies for estimates on parts and labor as well as soonest availability. All were able to give potential estimate over phone as well as send tech to house for true costs based on specifics found on site. Response: Precision bumped up their time slot on their schedule and Tyler L. was first to arrive. It took Tyler 5 minutes to inspect situation and locked in same quote given over phone. Tyler communicated that he could resolve situation with brand new part in truck and complete labor on the spot. Outcome: Costs - turns out cost was lowest around which gave us the value we were looking for. Service - Tyler completed labor in less than 20 minutes. His instillation was not only efficient but turned out high quality. Customer Service - Tyler was excellent. He showed up 2 hours early. His installation was a snap and he was pleasant to work with. Precision was available for any garage door issues we were having and Tyler had both technical skill and communication style that knocked it out of the park. 100% Recommendation for all garage door needs.

Isaiah was AMAZING! Garage door looked old & worn & needed multiple things fixed. I did not expect to have our door fixed so quickly. We moved into our home Friday & was told that garage door needed fixed. He showed up today, extremely kind & not pushy to try and make a sale. Showed every possible detail & what needed to be fixed & explained thoroughly. After agreed upon got right to work & finished fairly quick. The torsion spring broke which also broke the cables, so my door was not going anywhere, with my car stuck inside. My garage door is 17 years old and was in serious need of repair. Missing rollers, broken cable, it was unable to be opened. Joey inspected everything and walked me through which parts needed to be replaced, and which parts were still serviceable. He provided two options for each part, economical & premium versions. He put together two quotes, one for each version. To my relief, he was able to get everything working with new springs, cables, and rollers, without the need to replace the 16' door itself. Everything is working as good as new. Precision provided me a 2 hour window for the Technician to arrive, noon to 2pm, they also send a photo of the tech they are sending to your house. Joey arrived exactly at noon. 2 hours later, everything was complete. Very professional, impressive work, I would definitely recommend Precision.

Ty Jung is an asset to his company. He explained problems, solutions and upgrades. He replaced the spring, tightened the chain, new rollers and cables and lubricated all pivot points. He was very thorough in his presentation and work. Total time was about an hour. My garage door has never been quieter in 20 years. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for your repair or replacement needs. This spring problem was the third time in 20 years and judging from the repair this time, I am confident this will last longer than previous replacements.
