I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door of Dayton. The service was fast, efficient, and professionally done from start to finish. They replaced my spring, cables, and bearings, and everything is working smoothly now. Taylor was the installer, and he was on time, knowledgeable, and got the job done right the first time. Precision has the best service of any company in the area. They fit me in with same day service. They communicate where they are and when the tech is arriving. The techs are always very capable and don’t oversell. Service is quick, and the techs staff are all extremely polite!

My garage door was acting up, the opener kept reversing and stopping halfway. I called Precision, the technician showed up in about an hour. He replaced the springs and rollers and was done within about two hours. The technician, Taylor Allen was friendly and polite. While I hope I don't need garage door service again, I'll call Precision if I do.

This business was the second one I called. I was freaking out because my garage door wouldn't move. They scheduled an appointment for that day. The two men who arrived were very pleasant.
