First let me say that we have lived in our home for almost 22 years. Precision has been out to our home three times in those 22 years. Each time they give us great information and a no pressure recommendation for the repair. First time one spring went out on our garage door, and it was suggested we get both changed out. We just had the one replaced. Four years later the other one went out and had it replaced. 8 years later the first spring went again. It was suggested we have an overhaul of the whole system. Based on what was shown to us we went ahead and had the whole thing updated. It was done quickly, and I never felt pressured to do more than the bare minimum. But our experience with this company helped us feel that their recommendation was in our best interest.

Tyler overhauled my garage door, put up new weather stripping and added a lock for me so I won’t get locked out. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained everything to me so I could understand what was needed and not needed. I called Precision Door to discuss my issue and they advised a serviceman would be available later in the afternoon to evaluate the problem, quote a price and repair, all at the same time should I choose. I received a text advising a serviceman was on the way, two hours sooner than originally told and 45 minutes later the garage door worked like a brand new install. The spring had broken and the technician, Alex Henderson, was very nice, explained what needed to be done advising the job would take approximately 30 minutes. His timing was right on! I felt the rates quoted was fair considering I knew nothing about what was being done and after watching him labor at the task, I was most pleased with my decision to use Precision Door. I would highly recommend this business and Alex is absolutely a credit to this firm.

The spring on our 22 year old garage door broke when we returned home last evening. I called Precision right away and was able to get a service call scheduled for this morning. Technician Joey did a complete assessment of the door and found that some additional major problems needed to be addressed. He was very knowledgeable and we agreed to the recommendations he made.
