Alex repaired the springs on our garage door. My experience from making my appointment to the finished repair went flawlessly. Alex was knowledgeable, efficient, and did not even seem to mind me asking questions while I watched him work. He explained the difference between the choices of springs and rollers. He examined the door and all its parts and even lubricated all working parts when he had completed the work. I am very happy I chose Precision Doors to do our repairs. Great experience!!! Went to the website the night my garage door spring broke but decided to wait until the next day because it was late and definitely not an emergency. I went to the website in the morning and decided on a Noon appointment but was one even available sooner. Within seconds of a scheduling, I received an email and before my appointment, I got a message and phone call from my service provider. Once he arrived he looked at the problem and had me a quote in minutes! I agreed to the price and the work was done in no time. It was so fast that I had to figure out what to do with my early afternoon. Did an awesome job and recommend to anyone needing any type of garage work done right!

We've used Precision in the past and have been happy withe their service and this time was no different. No pressure, but in the end fixing the old door just wasn't worth it and priced a new one. The price was fair, and the installers were out less than 24 hours later to take out the old door and put in a new one. Super professional, cleaned up when they left, and it only took a little over two hours for the entire process. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

One of our brackets and cables broke and Jesse fixed it right up! He also noticed a lot of other potential hazards with our old garage door, so he recommended several preventative maintenance options. In the end, I ended up getting a lot more done than I originally planned for, but I could tell his concern for our safety was genuine so I went for it! He did all the work so quickly and efficiently. First let me say that we have lived in our home for almost 22 years. Precision has been out to our home three times in those 22 years. Each time they give us great information and a no pressure recommendation for the repair. First time one spring went out on our garage door, and it was suggested we get both changed out. We just had the one replaced. Four years later the other one went out and had it replaced. 8 years later the first spring went again. It was suggested we have an overhaul of the whole system. Based on what was shown to us we went ahead and had the whole thing updated. It was done quickly, and I never felt pressured to do more than the bare minimum. But our experience with this company helped us feel that their recommendation was in our best interest.

Tyler overhauled my garage door, put up new weather stripping and added a lock for me so I won’t get locked out. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained everything to me so I could understand what was needed and not needed.
