First time I used Precision Door Service. I backed into our oversize 16' door yesterday evening before it was totally elevated. Knocked a couple of rollers out of their tracks, and bent the bottom panel rendering the door inoperable. Called Precision at 6:30am, tech (Brent S) arrived by 11:00am, and had the door back in working condition in less than an hour. The door functions better now than before I damaged it! Service call might be considered a little pricey, but I am fully satisfied with their work and consider it well worth the money. Technician was very polite and took time to explain what he was doing. Their service is as good as it gets. More importantly, I trust them.

The service was good showed up the next morning and the guy was done in 20 minutes very good job but they considered themselves high end service and $700 to replace garage door springs, I’m not a high end guy and that was a shock after what I saw other regular companies charge and the cost of the springs so if you are in a hurry and want a high end good job they do that but I should have researched google first. I’m retired and that’s almost a month pay, I called them and they just said they offer a premium service.

I was about to do late morning errands, when my garage door would not close. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service (we had used them before). They immediately scheduled a technician to come between mid to late afternoon that same day. Brian Payne called and told me he finished early so he could come even earlier than the earliest time. I was relieved I didn't have to worry much longer about my garage door being open. Brian was very friendly, very experienced, quickly investigated and spotted the problem, explained the problem well, gave us honest options to repair our garage door, and then quickly fixed it. Thanks to Brian and Precision, I soon felt safe again and I was soon free to resume my errands. I would recommend Precision and Brian to others.

Brian Payne was @ our home several months ago to repair one of our two garage doors. Also, Brian installed new weather stripping under both doors. Brian Payne did an outstanding job. After the extreme weather change, rain came in under one of the doors. I called & Brian came out to adjust the gaps on each side of the door. Did an adjustment so the door would close quieter. He also checked the other door for proper sealing @ the bottom. All at NO CHARGE! Side note....Brian is just a fun guy to be around that wants the customer to be satisfied. Believe me! We are. I’m an old guy and as old guys do from time to time, I had a brain malfunction… I tried to back out of my garage before I’d let the door open all the way —crunch. I called Precision at 915 on Sunday night to make an appointment for this morning (Monday). Eric arrived at about 8:45 and was completely done with the repair around ten o’clock … flawless job. These guys have most of the needed parts on their truck(s) so no time is wasted.
