I can’t say enough about my technician Will Abbott. I have a unique situation.I live in a single-family dwelling that is unattached but is considered a condominium. I was in need of many things, but my association could not approve of any changes quickly. Will took it upon himself to make sure my garage door was working and safe until paperwork from the Association would be processed. Will was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. It’s so nice to have someone is such a wonderful job.

I had an exceptional experience with Jesse. He quickly assessed the situation with my garage door, provided an immediate solution so I could safely use it, and gave me a detailed 25-point checklist on the door’s condition. At my request, he also provided quotes for three different options for a much-needed new garage door. To top it all off, he called over an hour before my appointment window, offering to arrive early, which was much more convenient for me. His professionalism and efficiency were impressive. When I called for service, the Precision agent efficiently collected the relevant information, gave me an acceptable window for service, and provided me with my technicians name. On the day of service I got an email featuring a picture of my technician and a brief biosketch. Joey, the technician arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, rendered his diagnoses, and prepared an invoice, which I accepted. He had the parts he needed on his truck a was able to get to work immediately. I had a broken hinge which he replaced, and he lubricated all the wheels. In response to my question, he examined the springs again and pronounced them safe. Throughout his time working on my doors, he was pleasant, efficient, and I believe, effective. I have Precision Garage Door Service listed in my contact list and will call on them should I need further service.

So pleased with the early response on having our garage doors repaired and serviced. The garage doors and the openers are original to the condo which is 23 years old but are now working like new! The work was done very professionally and the work and warranty were well explained to us. The parts and service are also warranted for 5 years.

Alex repaired the springs on our garage door. My experience from making my appointment to the finished repair went flawlessly. Alex was knowledgeable, efficient, and did not even seem to mind me asking questions while I watched him work. He explained the difference between the choices of springs and rollers. He examined the door and all its parts and even lubricated all working parts when he had completed the work. I am very happy I chose Precision Doors to do our repairs. Great experience!!! Went to the website the night my garage door spring broke but decided to wait until the next day because it was late and definitely not an emergency. I went to the website in the morning and decided on a Noon appointment but was one even available sooner. Within seconds of a scheduling, I received an email and before my appointment, I got a message and phone call from my service provider. Once he arrived he looked at the problem and had me a quote in minutes! I agreed to the price and the work was done in no time. It was so fast that I had to figure out what to do with my early afternoon. Did an awesome job and recommend to anyone needing any type of garage work done right!
