Tyler overhauled my garage door, put up new weather stripping and added a lock for me so I won’t get locked out. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained everything to me so I could understand what was needed and not needed. He worked fast and I feel like I have a whole new garage opening system. It’s much smoother and quieter. I will definitely refer friends to you . Tyler is a definite asset to your company.

Joey was my technician in replacing my tension springs and wheels. Very nice young family man and explained everything to me in what he would be doing. Also gave me options etc and his recommendation but let me decide exactly what I wanted done based on my budget. Excellent company and super personable young man. Precision is lucky to have him as their employee. Great job Joey!

I called Precision Door to discuss my issue and they advised a serviceman would be available later in the afternoon to evaluate the problem, quote a price and repair, all at the same time should I choose. I received a text advising a serviceman was on the way, two hours sooner than originally told and 45 minutes later the garage door worked like a brand new install. The spring had broken and the technician, Alex Henderson, was very nice, explained what needed to be done advising the job would take approximately 30 minutes. His timing was right on! I felt the rates quoted was fair considering I knew nothing about what was being done and after watching him labor at the task, I was most pleased with my decision to use Precision Door. I would highly recommend this business and Alex is absolutely a credit to this firm.

I recently had my garage door springs replaced by Precision Garage Door Service, and I am genuinely grateful for the service I received. Discovering the issue early in the morning was stressful, but being able to quickly schedule an appointment through their website was a huge relief. They managed to fit me in promptly and arrived within the scheduled window. They even called/texted to inform when they were on the way. The technician, Jesse Key, was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly courteous. He took the time to explain the problem with my garage door springs in a way I could understand and provided a clear estimate before starting any work. His dedication to the repair was evident, as he completed it efficiently and with meticulous attention to detail. Now, my garage door operates smoothly. I wholeheartedly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone in need of garage door repairs.

The spring on our 22 year old garage door broke when we returned home last evening. I called Precision right away and was able to get a service call scheduled for this morning. He was very efficient and worked quickly and thoroughly and in a little over an hour the door was fixed. Joey is friendly, trustworthy and courteous and a pleasure to work with. I purchased my garage door in 2019. I needed a service call. I called on Sunday expecting to get voicemail, but I didn’t. I spoke with a helpful lady who gave me an appointment on Monday (07/01/24) between 10:00-12:00. Technician, Tyler Lung, called @ 10:15 saying he was on the way. He arrived around 10:30, he promptly assessed the needed repair and gave me a quote of the cost. He replaced the battery backup, lubricated the rollers/spring and tightened the mounted wall opener. He was very prompt, polite and helpful. Service completed within 30 minutes.
