Hi I was very pleased with the service i got from Aaron. i called because i had a malfunctioning garage door opener. Aaron walked in and found my problem within 15 minutes and he was in and out in a half an hour. Thanks to Aaron i am back in service.

Garage door spring broke over Memorial Day weekend. Called the 24 hour line on Sunday afternoon and the phone was answered by an actual person! Tuesday afternoon door was fixed and better than new. People say you get what you pay for. In the case of Precision this is absolutely true. Friendly, Prompt, Skilled Technician. Communication was excellent. Highly Recommend!!

The Technician called before coming & was actually 30 minutes early; he was friendly & knowledgeable about the problem with my garage door; he figured out the problem & fixed it in 15 minutes & gave me some very useful tips about the right kind of light bulbs to use in garage doors that I had not been told from my installer. Same day service. Eric called and said he was running early could he come. I said absolutely. He said 20 min and it was exactly 20 min. He came in very respectful, I told him my issues he checked out the situation and told me what I needed exactly and how much it would cost. Accepted the senior discount told me it would a certain amount of time and that was exact. Verg nice and informative. I was very impressed with Eric and the company. I would suggest this company to everyone.

Brent S. was here today providing excellent service dealing with my garage door not opening with opener, only to find the opener was working intermittently. Also during maintenance check on bother doors he found no cable on spring on one door. All else checked out!!! Brent set up 2 new door openers & installed cable that was missing. Great job by him in going over everything with me

Our garage door spring broke. We still had the receipt from when it was replace by Precision in 2010 which included warranty coverage of parts and labor. The company honored the warranty and only charged us for a service call. Door is as good as new and we saved a ton of money. Brent did a great job!!

I was quoted $275 to change out my garage door opener for one I had purchased. Tech called me in route… says the only install Lift Master starting at $799 plus $300 to install… Terribly unprofessional…. And they are double the price of anyone else installing Liftmaster.

Kevin did an outstanding job of replacing light bulbs and installing a new keypad. He programed the pad and lubricated everything. Kevin was fast, very pleasant and a great person to have doing a great job. I would love to have him doing any needed work on our garage door because he is outstanding.
