I purchased my garage door in 2019. I needed a service call. I called on Sunday expecting to get voicemail, but I didn’t. I spoke with a helpful lady who gave me an appointment on Monday (07/01/24) between 10:00-12:00. Technician, Tyler Lung, called @ 10:15 saying he was on the way. He arrived around 10:30, he promptly assessed the needed repair and gave me a quote of the cost. He replaced the battery backup, lubricated the rollers/spring and tightened the mounted wall opener. He was very prompt, polite and helpful. Service completed within 30 minutes.

He wrote up multiple estimates and made sure to explain everything thoroughly without once making me feel pressured to choose something I truly didn't need. Once I decided, he installed everything extremely quickly, providing quality work and quality products. I'm so happy with the results and would recommend this company to everyone!
