Isaiah, from Precision Garage Door is a real pro! I called when our door broke and Isaiah was here within the hour. He spotted the problem the minute he saw the door! He still make a complete assessment of the issue and offered 3 fixes. He could fix it , but we might have problems later since the system was 7 years old. He also, gave an estimate to fix all the potential problems the door could pose in the next year or two. I chose to take the better fix. WOW am I glad we did. The door operate better and is quieter than it has even been since new. It even looks better! Isaiah gets five gold stars for his professionalism and demeanor! He is really good and likable! Thanks Isaiah!!!

When the technician was in the process of replacing my broken spring, he broke a section of my drywall and created a big hole located on the wall next to the garage door. Although they gave me a discount on the bill, the amount discounted is not enough by any means to have the drywall fixed.

A few years ago Precision Garage Doors had come and to repair a broken spring. We were very impressed with the quality of the materials and service so yesterday when the chain broke on our 30 year old opener we called Precision. They were able to come in this morning and replace the whole system with a new one that fit our needs and our budget. Will Abbott, our technician, assessed the problem quickly, explained our options and once we picked the model we wanted, he promptly installed everything and replaced the old rollers and hinges. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and explained what he had done and how to pair the remote openers in the cars. Will also walked us through the application for a 6 month payment plan. He took care of everything! We really appreciate the excellent work he provided today. K & J deGruchy

Alex was profession and capable. He tried to help with my MyQ system but could not but did note in the invoice that the unit needs a new logic board so when I do contact MyQ I have his recommendation noted.
