I was able to set a Monday morning appointment on Sunday night. Received a call on Monday AM at 7:30 telling me the tech would be at my home in 30 minutes. That is great service. My tech, Isaiah arrived on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and explained the problem and made the fix. He made sure I understood the proper operation and made routine maintenance suggestions. He was a real pro.

It was hard to get a call back much less service on a weekend, but Precision answered immediately and had Joey en route within the hour. I contacted Precision to help repair my garage door yesterday (10/27/25). I appreciate the tech coming out, but, unfortunately, expectations were not met as advertised by Precision, and the problem was not solved. The tech looked at the garage door but did not really attempt to fix anything, but rather made it seem like was impossible or too costly. Nice guy, though, but he didn't even check his toolbox to see if he could fix it, and he told me he didn't have the parts to fix it the same day, which is ironic since the Precision commercials made me think I chose the right company. However, he did try to upsell me on buying a new garage door and made it seem like my garage door couldn't be repaired, in addition to the repair being unreasonably expensive ($1,300) compared to the damage. It felt less like trying to fix my garage and more like replacing it with a new door, even though that wasn't necessary. Why so much for the repair? Because of this, I can't trust Precision and wouldn't recommend them to anyone needing garage door repairs. In the end, I paid $95 just for a Precision technician to come out, tell me how expensive the repair would be or to buy a new door, and make a half-hearted attempt at fixing the door. On top of that, he said there would be no warranty. This was very disappointing because I was excited to have Precision help with my garage door. I do not have a personal grudge, but just giving honest feedback/review. However, I contacted another well-known and reputable garage company the same day after the Precision tech left my house (AE Door & Window), and guess what? The technician from AE had all the equipment needed on his truck and repaired the door at a fraction of the cost estimated by the Precision tech. I also have a 60-day warranty on the repair, and this technician didn't try to upsell me on a new garage door.

I did my research on garage for companies before scheduling Precision Garage Doors. I was not disappointed, and this company exceeded my expectations! I called for an appointment and they were able to come immediately. Joey Albers was my technician. He was very good, knew the industry very well, knew their products, and provided multiple solutions. There was no pressure to purchase anything, because their prices were so reasonable, I purchased that day. Even more surprising was when Joey sits he could install the new opener and components that day. He was done in 40 minutes and it's perfect. Christmas came early for me! My experience was great! Getting into winter, I need to be able to park my vehicle in my garage and was disappointed when my opener decided to stop working. I called, and service was scheduled quickly. I got notifications, and reminders by text and by email. My tech, Cody, came on time, and was so kind and professional! He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and offered me all available options. Within an hour, I had a new opener, and he even helped me program the button in my car to operate it. Precision Door was at the house within 2 hours of my call that the door would not open. Joey Albers replaced all of the hardware (rollers, tension cable drums, spring rod and springs) in an hour on a twenty year old very tired door. Joey is a fantastic technician, teaches and helps you understand the issues and is a great representative of Precision Door.

We called precision door service at 5:00AM on a Friday morning and were treated kindly . They listened to our garage door problem and scheduled us for a 10AM to 2 PM service call . Both torsion springs had broken on our garage door and it was too heavy to lift . So , we had both our vehicles in the garage and wasn't able to get the vehicles out of the garage . we received a call from Alex the precision door service technician at 11:00AM and they were on their way to our address . Both technicians arrived ,Alex , & Joey . They were friendly + professional and knowledgeable . They finished the job quickly and professionally . The Garage Door works like new ...smile + the work looked professional and the new torsion springs were stronger which helps the life of the old motor on the garage door opener .
