I see their commercials on TV every day. But I was surprised to be able to make a call in the morning and have a tech team arrive about 1:00 the same day. Joey was friendly, professional, and detailed in his assessment of what was needed to solve my garage door opening issues and preserve long-term functionality. A new opener, 2 springs, and new torsion cables were installed, along with a new key pad and 2 car remotes. Everything needed was in their truck. Joey and his partner accomplished the work in about 3 hours. I highly recommend Precision.

My spring had busted at 7am and by Noon the tech Isaiah had arrived and began assessing the situation. Within 15 minutes he had multiple plans drawn up depending on budget and how I wanted to proceed. We end up get everything but the door replaced with Premium materials and a new Garage door Opener. All of this was explained in great detail with knowledge of how fortunate I was that my entire system did not fail until this morning. (Over 20 years.) Isaiah was not pushy or attempting to sell me more than I would need and made me feel very comfortable with the upgrades and purchase I made. I highly recommend the company and particularly Isaiah for not only doing this job professionaly and within a good time frame, but not trying to rush anything with a snow storm happening currently.

Javen Moore took care of me this morning and he showed up right on time on an extremely cold morning to fix my broken spring above my garage door. He was extremely efficient, very thoughtful and knowledgeable and got right to it and was done in no time. I called yesterday evening and I couldn't get in my garage due to the broken spring, and they were here first thing today which is admirable from a business that I'm sure has a lot to do every day, but they took great care of me. Additionally, he did a complete diagnostic on my door and recommended more work that probably should be done since it's been a while since my door was serviced and I told him I thought I would hold at this time and there was no pressure... he took care of what needed to be taken care of to get things running smoothly. I recommend these guys very highly and I wanna say personally thank you Javen for being great to talk to and professional and kind. Merry Christmas to you guys and thank you so much Precision! After his inspection he explained all my options to me and in one hour I had a new garage door opener system, a new wall opener and outdoor panel opener since both of mine were broke. His work was fast and professional. I needed this resolved quickly and saw this company does weekends at no extra charge and were open late to schedule an appointment. I saw the ratings were good and I am pleased to say they were correct. Thank you!

Isaiah, from Precision Garage Door is a real pro! I called when our door broke and Isaiah was here within the hour. He spotted the problem the minute he saw the door! He still make a complete assessment of the issue and offered 3 fixes. He could fix it , but we might have problems later since the system was 7 years old. He also, gave an estimate to fix all the potential problems the door could pose in the next year or two. I chose to take the better fix. WOW am I glad we did. The door operate better and is quieter than it has even been since new. It even looks better! Isaiah gets five gold stars for his professionalism and demeanor! He is really good and likable!
