One of our brackets and cables broke and Jesse fixed it right up! He also noticed a lot of other potential hazards with our old garage door, so he recommended several preventative maintenance options. In the end, I ended up getting a lot more done than I originally planned for, but I could tell his concern for our safety was genuine so I went for it! He did all the work so quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Precision!

First let me say that we have lived in our home for almost 22 years. Precision has been out to our home three times in those 22 years. Each time they give us great information and a no pressure recommendation for the repair. First time one spring went out on our garage door, and it was suggested we get both changed out. We just had the one replaced. Four years later the other one went out and had it replaced. 8 years later the first spring went again. It was suggested we have an overhaul of the whole system. Based on what was shown to us we went ahead and had the whole thing updated. It was done quickly, and I never felt pressured to do more than the bare minimum. But our experience with this company helped us feel that their recommendation was in our best interest.
