Called for an appt on Friday to have our garage door looked at. It was not opening fully and traveled too far when closing and reversed. I had replace a gear to the chain about six months ago and thought I had it fixed. Tyler Lung showed up on time Monday morning and we looked at it and some of the plastic gears were worn and we talked about a replacement since the unit was 20+ years old. Bought a Genie belt driven unit and Tyler had it installed in less than an hour. Very quiet and very happy with the on time service and the knowledge and efficiency of the service technician, Tyler Lung.

Joey was super! Called in for a broken spring. Came same day. I ended up getting cables, springs, pulleys, and rollers. My garage door was 10 years old and is basically the same as the ”front door”, so its used a lot!! Joey showed me every part that was recommended and why, no pressure and let me decide. Preventative maintenance is the best maintenance! Money well spent and now I know I’m covered for the next 8 years!! Will use again!!

We had a cable starting to break on our garage door. Precision had someone out the very next day. Isaiah is the gentleman that showed up to do the inspection.
