Javen Moore took care of me this morning and he showed up right on time on an extremely cold morning to fix my broken spring above my garage door. He was extremely efficient, very thoughtful and knowledgeable and got right to it and was done in no time. I called yesterday evening and I couldn't get in my garage due to the broken spring, and they were here first thing today which is admirable from a business that I'm sure has a lot to do every day, but they took great care of me. Additionally, he did a complete diagnostic on my door and recommended more work that probably should be done since it's been a while since my door was serviced and I told him I thought I would hold at this time and there was no pressure... he took care of what needed to be taken care of to get things running smoothly. I recommend these guys very highly and I wanna say personally thank you Javen for being great to talk to and professional and kind. Merry Christmas to you guys and thank you so much Precision! When the technician was in the process of replacing my broken spring, he broke a section of my drywall and created a big hole located on the wall next to the garage door. Although they gave me a discount on the bill, the amount discounted is not enough by any means to have the drywall fixed.

We just had a happy experience working with your company and technician, Javin. Our garage door opener had been working intermittently for months and continued in this fashion after a few visits from various door technicians. On a Sunday night we were able to speak with a real person who sent a real person, Javin, our direction the very next morning. Javin identified that problem was not mis-aligned laser sensors but actually 10 year old sensors that were reacting with the sun due to age. This made more sense to us since we were careful about knocking the sensors ourselves. I was impressed that Javin saw this as a personal mission to get our garage door opener working and for it to continue working for a reasonable amount of time. (We do understand that nothing lasts forever.) He explained how a new opener and sensors could resolve the problem, the cost, the warranties and adding in new door openers. Best of all, Javin completed the work in the first and only visit. He walked us through the documents, about how to locate our model number, which light bulbs to use as replacements, how to register for the warranty. He asked if there was anything else we needed, gave us contact information should we need to reach him for assistance. A very positive experience for us! Thank you and thank you Javin.

Called and explained that my Genie keypad, that they installed, never worked right and needed to be looked at, they sent over someone that day. Isaiah- He was a pleasure to work with, very polite, a good listener and came to conclusion my keypad was defected and replaced it right then. He took time with me to explained how to maintain a proper garage door system. Who does that these days? I Highly Recommend Precision and will tell All my family and friends. I’m so happy with the quick response to my request for service. The Technician, Javen, was so knowledgeable, polite and honest. He solved the mystery problem that the Push Button on the Wall Mount Opener was broken unfortunately they do not carry the unit I needed but he told me what I needed to purchase and he could return and install. Since Jalen couldn’t provide what I needed he left me being able to open the garage door using only my remote control. He did not charge me anything for the service call because he only diagnosed the problem. I was so overwhelmed with his honesty that I cried. Please call this company when you need assistance. You can trust them to provide Honesty & Excellent Service! A Big Thank You Jalen! I will always contact this company whenever I need my garage door repaired.

Called Precision to perform periodic lube on garage door and components. The technician, Alex, arrived on time and was professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. They have done work for us before, however, I’ll be honest I didn’t remember who we had out. This time we had a different service provided. They put a new spring on the first time and this time they put new cables in and re-rewind the spring. Excellent service! Called after 9PM when one of my garage door springs failed - an actual person (!) promptly answered the phone and had me scheduled for a service call within minutes. The technician (Cody S.) arrived promptly the following morning and got right to work. Cody inspected everything, gave solid repair recommendations, and offered multiple options at different price points with no pressure. After giving Cody the go-ahead, he dug in and finished everything in a little over an hour since he already had everything he needed on the truck. The door works better than before and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the parts and service!

I was able to set a Monday morning appointment on Sunday night. Received a call on Monday AM at 7:30 telling me the tech would be at my home in 30 minutes. That is great service. My tech, Isaiah arrived on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and explained the problem and made the fix. He made sure I understood the proper operation and made routine maintenance suggestions. He was a real pro.

My spring had busted at 7am and by Noon the tech Isaiah had arrived and began assessing the situation. Within 15 minutes he had multiple plans drawn up depending on budget and how I wanted to proceed. We end up get everything but the door replaced with Premium materials and a new Garage door Opener. All of this was explained in great detail with knowledge of how fortunate I was that my entire system did not fail until this morning. (Over 20 years.) Isaiah was not pushy or attempting to sell me more than I would need and made me feel very comfortable with the upgrades and purchase I made. I highly recommend the company and particularly Isaiah for not only doing this job professionaly and within a good time frame, but not trying to rush anything with a snow storm happening currently.
