I can’t say enough about my technician Will Abbott. I have a unique situation.I live in a single-family dwelling that is unattached but is considered a condominium. I was in need of many things, but my association could not approve of any changes quickly. Will took it upon himself to make sure my garage door was working and safe until paperwork from the Association would be processed. Will was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. It’s so nice to have someone is such a wonderful job.

He quickly assessed the situation with my garage door, provided an immediate solution so I could safely use it, and gave me a detailed 25-point checklist on the door’s condition. At my request, he also provided quotes for three different options for a much-needed new garage door. To top it all off, he called over an hour before my appointment window, offering to arrive early, which was much more convenient for me. His professionalism and efficiency were impressive. Most highly recommend.

So pleased with the early response on having our garage doors repaired and serviced. The garage doors and the openers are original to the condo which is 23 years old but are now working like new! The work was done very professionally and the work and warranty were well explained to us. The parts and service are also warranted for 5 years.

We've used Precision in the past and have been happy withe their service and this time was no different. No pressure, but in the end fixing the old door just wasn't worth it and priced a new one. The price was fair, and the installers were out less than 24 hours later to take out the old door and put in a new one. Super professional, cleaned up when they left, and it only took a little over two hours for the entire process. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

I had an issue with a new vehicle and not being able to get my Hondalink paired up with my Liftmaster garage door unit..Jesse rolled in and went to work , explaining his moves as he went….he fixed our issue on the Liftmaster unit and I was able to then get my truck paired up….what great customer service and what a respectful man and hard working tech Jesse was… Prestige is now my “go-to” garage door company. One of our brackets and cables broke and Jesse fixed it right up! He also noticed a lot of other potential hazards with our old garage door, so he recommended several preventative maintenance options. In the end, I ended up getting a lot more done than I originally planned for, but I could tell his concern for our safety was genuine so I went for it! He did all the work so quickly and efficiently.
