Your comany installed a new garage door in 2023... A spring broke. The warranty was expired and I still had to pay 260.00 to have it replaced. I think that is ridiculous for a 2 year old door.

Had a broken spring on my garage door so I contacted Precision Garage Door Service via their website. A technician, Cody, arrived about 20 minutes after I contacted the company. Technician was very professional, evaluated the job, and provided a detailed quote. Completed the job which entailed replacement of rollers, bearings, steel cable and two springs in about an hour. Will definitely use them again for my next garage door project!

I had Precision in Omaha. When I moved here I called and Jared came out to help me. We replaced everything we could in the garage door. The place was new construction and of course they put in cheap equipment. When I moved to my now location and needed work, I called and got Joey. He is a great guy and just as capable as Jared. By the way, he is coming back next Tuesday to replace the springs, etc.

I was very happy with the service I received from Tyler, the technician that came to my home. Tyler was very professional and courteous. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He gave me estimates for several options to repair or replace the door and various parts. I was extremely happy that were able to arrive and fix my door the same day as my call to them for help. I called at 4:30 on a Friday with an emergency and was treated well by the lady who answered. I was not expecting anyone to be able to come out for several days but it was scheduled for the very next day!(Saturday). Isaiah Gibbs was the technician who called to say he was on his way at 7:40 am. I couldn’t believe how quick the response time was! Isaiah assessed the problem, explained how it could be fixed and gave me a quote. He was friendly and courteous and when the job was completed he reviewed the work that was done with me. Highly recommend!

I am very satisfied with your service for today’s visit. Isaiah was very prompt and helpful and very outgoing. I was disappointed to find out that when my garage door was installed in January that the guys used an old screw. The garage door came loose from the bracket because the old screw had snapped off. That should not have happened. Thank goodness for Isaiah fixing my garage door!!

Such an amazing experience with this company. I called in the morning, and was able to get a same day appointment - I was stunned. Tyler was my tech, and he called and gave me plenty of notice to meet him at my house. He was extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly. He explained everything very thoroughly, and gave me multiple options to resolved my issue. My opener was 28 years old, so I went with a replacement unit. He showed me all the pricing and the options available, and explained each opener pro and con. He was done with the new opener in about an hour, and then walked me through every aspect of the new opener, including why the safety sensors had to be moved to a new location. I was so pleased with the experience, and will gladly recommend this company to anyone I know.
