On Tuesday morning I found that one of the springs on my garage door had broken. After a quick Google search, I found your web site. After making one phone call I had an appointment for that afternoon. Prior to the tech arriving on time. I received a text with a picture of the tech Cody Schaefer and a nice message about him. Cody was very professional and personal. He quickly went to work and before I knew it the door was working better than ever. The customer service I received was second to none.

Josh was able to fix my door within a few hours of setting up an appointment! Very friendly, and told me the issue and what was needed! He gave me his recommendations and answered my questions! Needed new cables and drums! I will be calling Precision for a new door in a year or so!!!

Grateful to have had Isaiah come to my house this morning. A professional who is VERY knowledgeable and has a positive personality. I just purchased my house and was having problems with my garage door opener. I didn't know if it was the opener or the garage door itself. Isaiah went over the reason that he was making some recommendations for needed repairs and maintenance to get more life out of my garage door. He reset my code box and set up my car to be able to communicate with my opener. This guy is the package for repairman, j I wish every repairman walked into my house looking to help with a long term plan. I have to give 5 stars even though I experienced sticker shock over the cost of 2 springs, rollers, and cables for a one door garage. Even with a discount it was over a $1,000 dollars for parts and labor on a 1 hour job. You get what you pay for though, called this morning for service and tech was here in under an hour. Will assessed the problem, offered different levels of fixes in a very efficient, kind and courteous customer service attitude. Would definitely call again if problems come.

Great experience starting with a call. Technician Javen Moore was at my house about an hour or so after I called. He was very friendly but businesslike, very respectful, explained everything and completed the job in a very timely manner. It was a 5* plus experience.

My main spring broke around 5:00 pm on a Thursday, I called Precision because I had used them before. They made an appointment for me the following morning at 9:00. Isaiah the service tech came and was the greatest guy ever! He was very knowledgeable and fixed my garage door in less than 2 hours and explained everything that he was going to do. I would recommend Precision to anyone that would ask me!

Isaiah contacted me via my mobile phone about 40 minutes before he was set to arrive today (2/25/26), all done timely and I had just made my appointment yesterday (2/24/26). He was clean and respectful. He was here for a system "tune-up." He explained what he was doing and the current condition of our garage door and motor, etc. He lubed and tightened everything, including the chain and was finished within an hour. He left me with some suggestions for future maintenance, etc., in order to maximize the life of our system, while minimizing future problems! In short, it was a very good experience using Precision Door Service! I highly recommend them.

This business was the second one I called. I was freaking out because my garage door wouldn't move. They scheduled an appointment for that day. The two men who arrived were very pleasant. They gave me a couple options on what they could do to fix it. I told them what I wanted and within about an hour my garage door was working again!
