I contacted Precision due to problem with garage door. They scheduled same day appointment and arrived within the time window promised. Joey Albers was Technician and performed diagnosis of issue and was able to complete repair in 1.5 hours. This included installing new springs, garage opener, inside & outside control panels, and sensors. In addition, assisted in setting up myQ on phone and programming Homelink in car. Exceeded my expectations and Joey did phenomenal work; absolutely Customer Focused associate and company. I'll be reaching out in the near future to have my 2nd garage door for the same service.

Very friendly and helpful all around! Called in the morning and had a whole new garage door, spring, and opener installed by 2pm. Josh explained everything about my garage door situation prior to showing me quotes. Garrett, Clayton, Chris, & Cody were very quick to dismantle the old door/opener/track/spring and install the new one. They took the time to make sure I knew how to care for my new door. I knew from the tv ads that this was the right company to try and they did not disappoint!

We contacted Precision Door because we used them several years ago at my Mother-In-Law's house and were pleased with the work. They were able to get us on the schedule the same day with a 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm window. The technician - Will Abbott - called and gave us a projected arrival time of 4:20 pm and he arrived right on time. Having a bio and picture up front to review before Will arrived was much appreciated. He was very courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Will did a fantastic job explaining the problem, our options and recommendations, and gave us estimates to work with. We chose our option, and the door was repaired in record time (all the necessary materials were in his van). We also appreciated how Will made sure the job was done right and did not leave until we tested the door, worked through one last glitch, and ensured the door was operating properly. Excellent job!

Had an emergency requirement when our garage door was stuck with both cars in the garage on a Friday evening (broken spring and loose cable on old garage door). Precision Door was exceptionally responsive in taking the call that evening and getting a technician out the following morning. The technician, Cody, performed perfectly. He was very knowledgeable, capable, professional and pleasant to work with. He quickly made temporary repairs to get the door functioning, ordered a completely new door/equipment and precisely explained all options. Technician was on time and polite. Replacement of 2 springs was way too expensive. They were already there, so we went ahead with the repair instead of just paying the "diagnostic fee". Also, the 3% fee for using a credit card seems outdated. It seems like the credit card fees are already built into your pricing. The repair was completed professionally and works great. I will get other estimates next time before calling them.
