Found my garage door inoperative this morning and the spring was broken at the top. I called Precision and spoke to helpful people who were able to get me a repairman out within a couple hours. Friendly rep came out and had the door fixed quickly, faster than I imagined. Efficient. Now everything is back to perfect. I would call Precision again if I ever have issues with my garage door system.

Today, we had Brent Stringfellow come to our home. He was reviewing a repeat issue where our cable appeared to have broken. Brent explained it appeared to have the wrong parts used on the previous repair. After he completed the repair, he stated it was no charge. He was prompt, polite and gave great insight. This company has amazing customer service. From the moment I called, explained the issue, Amanda was so helpful and was able to give me a same day appointment. Brent was our technician, called me 40 minutes before he arrived so I would have time to come home from work. He was very knowledgeable, had excellent communication skills, found the problem fast, went above and beyond to go back to the shop to get a manual lock for my garage door, which he didn’t have to do because he had already repaired my garage door opener sensors. I highly recommend this company! Amazing service from beginning to end. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!

Your Team far exceeded my expectations! It began with your text telling me when your technician would arrive but also some back ground information about him and his picture. An added safety factor which was appreciated. Brent got my input and ask additional questions to get a good understanding of my problems with my garage door opener. He found the problem to be sensor related. He fixed that problem. Then he turned to the second issue - noise. He found a bolt which worked itself loose. He replaced the bolt and lubed the entire system. The garage door opener now works and sounds like new. Fantastic! We needed one torsion spring on our garage door. Received a quote of $250 when I called them. When the technician arrived, the quote jumped to $ 461. I was furious and told him to leave but the wife wanted it fixed. This was not the fault of Brent the technician. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Only after he called the office was I quoted this ridiculous price. If you like getting ripped off, then this is the company to call. ????
