This was the second time I have used Precision. Both times my service technician was Brent Stringfellow. He is very Knowledgeable and professional and I am very pleased with the service. I had already referred someone to you last year based on the first service call and I will continue to do so in the future.

Shout out to Precision Door and their excellent service. I have used John Hidy’s associates in the past with superior results. Once again, their associate, Brent Stringfellow, serviced my garage door flawlessly. Brent was on time, professional, and fixed the problem. Thanks for a job well done. Charlie Lehman

We needed one torsion spring on our garage door. Received a quote of $250 when I called them. When the technician arrived, the quote jumped to $ 461. I was furious and told him to leave but the wife wanted it fixed. This was not the fault of Brent the technician. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Only after he called the office was I quoted this ridiculous price. If you like getting ripped off, then this is the company to call. ????

What a great repair experience! My technician, Brent, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to quickly repair the issue with my malfunctioning garage door sensors and improve their stability. He also took the time to explain many helpful features that I was unaware of on my garage opener system. Would definitely call again with any future garage door/opener needs.

This is one of the best techts I've ever worked with in my life. He was friendly outgoing explained everything and even though we were not able to make a purchase today I feel as if I was given every opportunity and every possible amount of information I needed to make an informed decision. I highly recommend these individuals for anyone looking for a quality repair

WOW, I know why so many 5-star ratings! Brent was awesome - he was able to diagnose, listen, recommend, listen, help me select, listen, install, listen, and the complete the sale, A-Z. Competitive prices and helped me to pick the best garage door opener unit and not necessarily the most expensive. Same day service, awesome!

Friday morning the garage door wouldn’t go up more than a few inches. Called to see about getting it repaired. Two hours later the technician arrived. Took a few minutes to find the problem. Took another fifteen minutes to give me a quote for repair which included four levels for repair. Very nice to have those options available. I chose the option that fit our needs. One hour later garage door was repaired. I was truly impressed that over a matter of a few hours the door was repaired. Technician was very professional and took all the time needed to explain all options to me. Do contact this company for your garage door needs!

First time using Precision Door Service and I am very pleased with their service. Our area had a power surge and our garage door would go up and down on it’s own. Brent came out the same day I called for service and did a reset on our unit.

First time I used Precision Door Service. I backed into our oversize 16' door yesterday evening before it was totally elevated. Knocked a couple of rollers out of their tracks, and bent the bottom panel rendering the door inoperable. Called Precision at 6:30am, tech (Brent S) arrived by 11:00am, and had the door back in working condition in less than an hour. The door functions better now than before I damaged it! Service call might be considered a little pricey, but I am fully satisfied with their work and consider it well worth the money. Technician was very polite and took time to explain what he was doing. Their service is as good as it gets. More importantly, I trust them.

Brent serviced my garage door by putting in new springs, and rollers. I also had him install a new garage door opener. Everything works smoothly. Brent was kind and polite and patient with my lack of knowledge. Highly recommend him.

I have no trouble recommending this company as I was treated with respect from the first phone call to the end of the service provided by Brent Stringfellow. I wasn't pressured to buy what I couldn't afford...all I wanted was for the door to operate safely and reliably and to be affordable on my fixed income and those criteria were met.
