My positive experience began with my initial call to ask if the replacement of the door seal originally installed in 2021 was covered under warranty. The customer service representative offered to have a tech take a look at it. She waived the service call. The service tech was very personable. He called to see if I wanted him to arrive earlier than the appointment time. We agreed on a favorable time. Tyler arrived on time. He was thorough and professional. He made the agreed upon servicing and repairs very efficiently. He deserved the 5 star review.
